Claims (8)
- 燃料を燃焼・ガス化することでガス燃料を生成するガス化装置であって、
6角形以上の多角形中空断面形状を有するガス化炉と、
4角形中空断面形状を有する熱交換器と、
前記ガス化炉の上部と前記熱交換器の下部とを接続する接続部と、
を備えることを特徴とするガス化装置。 - 前記ガス化炉を構成する少なくとも2つの壁部と前記熱交換器を構成する2つの壁部が平行をなすように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ガス化炉と前記接続部と前記熱交換器の外側に中空形状をなす圧力容器が配置され、前記ガス化炉の外面が前記圧力容器の内面に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、上端部がエキスパンションジョイントにより前記圧力容器に連結され、前記ガス化炉は、下端部が前記圧力容器に設けられるスラグホッパの貯留水により水封されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記ガス化炉と前記接続部と前記熱交換器は、壁部が鉛直方向に延びて周方向に並設される複数の伝熱管により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のガス化装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、上下方向に沿って複数の熱交換部が配設され、少なくとも最下方に位置する前記熱交換部は、上端壁部に固定された梁部材から吊具を介して吊下げ支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のガス化装置。
- 前記吊具は、冷却媒体が流通可能な冷却管により構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記複数の熱交換部は、節炭器と過熱器と蒸発器により構成され、前記冷却管は、前記節炭器への給水管または前記蒸発器の伝熱管または壁部を形成する伝熱管により構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス化装置。
