Abstract
【解決手段】静電容量式タッチパネルの導電模様構造12は、第1軸方向導電集成部品13および第2軸方向導電集成部品14を基板1の表面11上に形成する。第1軸方向導電集成部品13は、第1軸方向導電線132によって接続される複数の第1軸方向導電セル131を含む。第2軸方向導電集成部品14は、第2軸方向導電線142によって接続される複数の第2軸方向導電セル141を含む。第1軸方向導電線132の少なくとも一部が水平方向において導電すると共に垂直方向において絶縁し、第1軸方向導電線132の少なくとも一部が第2軸方向導電線142に対応して交差する。

Description
各駆動線は複数の電極と容量性結合されている。駆動信号生成器は、駆動線に対する交流信号パケットを生成および印加する。感知線は複数の電極と容量性結合され、駆動信号が駆動線に印加された時に、電極から信号が発生する。電極の個数は、駆動線の個数および感知線の個数の積に等しい。マイクロプロセッサは、感知線上の信号から発生する値に基づいて操作者によるタッチに関連する情報を提供する。
互いに隣接する第1軸方向導電集成部品の導電セルおよび第2軸方向導電集成部品の導電セルが、ユーザの指によってタッチされた時に、ユーザの指がタッチした隣接する導電セルのエリアに応じて静電容量効果が発生し、次いで、ユーザの指がタッチしたタッチパネルの位置を制御回路が特定する。

- 複数の第1軸方向導電集成部品と、複数の第1軸方向導電線と、複数の第2軸方向導電集成部品と、複数の第2軸方向導電線と、を備える静電容量式タッチパネルの導電模様構造であって、
前記第1軸方向導電集成部品は、第1軸方向に沿って硬質基板の表面上に配置される複数の第1軸方向導電セルを有し、
前記第1軸方向導電線は、前記第1軸方向導電集成部品のうちの隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルの間を接続し、
前記第2軸方向導電集成部品は、第2軸方向に沿って前記硬質基板の表面上に配置される複数の第2軸方向導電セルを有し、
前記第2軸方向導電線は、前記第2軸方向導電集成部品のうちの隣接する前記第2軸方向導電セルの間を接続し、かつ、前記第1軸方向導電線と交差し、
前記第1軸方向導電セルおよび前記第2軸方向導電セルは透明導電材料で作られ、
前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部が水平方向において導電すると共に垂直方向において絶縁し、
前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部が前記第2軸方向導電線に対応して交差し、
前記導電模様構造がディスプレイパネルに適用されて、前記ディスプレイパネル上に表示される情報がユーザに見える、

前記第1軸方向導電集成部品は、第1軸方向に沿って硬質基板の表面上に配置される複数の第1軸方向導電セルを有し、
前記第1軸方向導電線は、前記第1軸方向導電集成部品のうちの隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルの間を接続し、
前記第2軸方向導電集成部品は、第2軸方向に沿って前記硬質基板の表面上に配置される複数の第2軸方向導電セルを有し、
前記第2軸方向導電線は、前記第2軸方向導電集成部品のうちの隣接する第2軸方向導電セルの間をそれぞれ接続し、かつ、前記第1軸方向導電線と交差し、
前記第1軸方向導電セルおよび前記第2軸方向導電セルは透明導電材料で作られ、
前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部が異方性導電材料で作られ、
前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部が前記第2軸方向導電線に対応して交差し、
前記導電模様構造がディスプレイパネルに適用されてディスプレイパネル上に表示される情報がユーザに見える、

(b)前記第1軸方向導電セルおよび第2軸方向導電セルが透明導電材料で作られ、第2軸方向に沿って前記硬質基板の表面上に複数の前記第2軸方向導電セルを形成するステップと、
(c)前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部が水平方向において導電すると共に垂直方向において絶縁するように、前記第1軸方向に沿って隣接する前記第1軸方向導電セルを複数の第1軸方向導電線を用いて電気的に接続して複数の第1軸方向導電集成部品を形成するステップと、
(d)前記第2軸方向に沿って隣接する前記第2軸方向導電セルを複数の第2軸方向導電線を用いて電気的に接続して複数の第2軸方向導電集成部品を形成し、前記第2軸方向導電線を前記第1軸方向導電線の少なくとも一部と交差させ、前記第1軸方向導電セルおよび前記第2軸方向導電セルの間の静電容量効果を利用してタッチ位置を検出するステップと、
(e)前記導電模様構造をディスプレイパネルに適用して、前記ディスプレイパネル上に表示される情報をユーザに見せるステップと、を備える、

前記第1軸方向導電線の上側表面の少なくとも一部上に、表面の絶縁処理による絶縁コーティングを形成するステップを備える、
