Claims (4)
- テンプレート分子の実質的に同じコピーの集団から生成された配列データの位相同期に関連する誤差を補正するためのシステムであって、
コンピュータ上で実行するために記憶されたプログラムコードを含むコンピュータを備え、前記プログラムコードが、
(a)配列決定反応における1つまたは複数のヌクレオチドの組込みに応答して、検出された信号の値を生成するステップと、
(b)第1パラメータおよび第2パラメータを使用して、前記位相同期誤差の前記値を補正するステップと
を含む方法を実行する、システム。 - 前記プログラムコードによって実行される前記方法が、
(c)テンプレート分子の各々の配列位置について、ステップ(a)〜(b)を繰り返すステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記プログラムコードによって実行される前記方法が、
(d)各々の補正値を前記テンプレート分子の表現に組み込むステップ
