Abstract
【解決手段】物体感知バルブは、可撓性であり且つバネのように戻る舌部(10)を含み、この舌部の一端(11)は、吸引ダクトの側部によって固定されており、舌部の他端(14)は、吸引ダクトへの口部(8、8’)の外に自由に延びている。舌部は、舌部の負荷状態において、空気流(F)によって押圧され、吸引ダクトの口部に向かって曲がり、口部を不完全に覆うような寸法を有する。

Claims (5)
- 真空グリッパの吸引ダクト(3)と一体化されるように形成された物体感知バルブであって、一端(11)が前記吸引ダクトの側部によって固定されており、他端(14)が前記吸引ダクトへの口部(8、8’)の外に自由に延びる可撓性であり且つバネのように戻る舌部(10)を含み、前記舌部は、前記舌部の負荷状態で、空気流(F)によって押圧され、前記吸引ダクトの前記口部に向かって曲がり、前記口部を不完全に覆う寸法を備えている、バルブにおいて、
前記吸引ダクトは、曲がった状態の前記舌部に対して前記舌部用の支持面(9)を提供する凸状に湾曲した即ち円弧状の表面に、前記吸引ダクトの前記口部の両側の各々に開放しており、
前記舌部の可撓性部分の長さは、前記舌部の自由端(14)に向かう方向で見て、及び前記舌部の実際の長さを示す断面平面(A−A)で、同じ平面内の前記吸引ダクトの前記口部(8、8’)の長さよりも小さい、ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記吸引ダクトの前記口部(8、8’)の流れ方向(F)に対して横方向の幅(w)は、前記吸引ダクトの前記側部による前記舌部の取り付け点(12)と隣接した前記口部の端部から、徐々に減少する、ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記舌部(10)は、負荷が加わっていない状態では、その自由端(14)が、平面(A−A)内で前記口部の外側の前記吸引ダクトの仮想延長部内に延びる、ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1、2、又は3に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記舌部(10)は弾性材料製であり、前記舌部が所望の曲げ方向に対して横方向に曲がらないようにする抵抗を追加する強化体(13)を含む、ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記バルブは、真空グリッパの前記吸引ダクトに、吸引ダクト口部(8、8’)及び関連した舌部(10)を含むユニット(4)として取り付けられるように設計されている、ことを特徴とするバルブ。
