Abstract
【解決手段】縦方向に延びるように設けられて内部に熱媒体が供給される筒状のシェル1と、このシェル1内にさらに縦方向に延びるように設けられて内部に上方から固形物が供給される中空部4aとを備え、固形物と熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う固形物用熱交換器であって、中空部4aの下方の固形物出口には、熱交換された固形物を間欠的に排出する排出装置9が設けられている。

Claims (8)
- 縦方向に延びるように設けられて内部に熱媒体が供給される筒状のシェルと、このシェル内にさらに縦方向に延びるように設けられて内部に上方から固形物が供給される中空部とを備え、上記固形物と上記熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う固形物用熱交換器であって、上記中空部の下方の固形物出口には、熱交換された上記固形物を間欠的に排出する排出装置が設けられていることを特徴とする固形物用熱交換器。
- 上記排出装置は、それぞれ開口部を有して縦方向に重ねられるとともに横方向に相対的に移動可能とされた一対の開閉部材を備え、これらの開閉部材の少なくとも一方が移動させられて互いの上記開口部が連通することにより、熱交換された上記固形物が排出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固形物用熱交換器。
- 上記一対の開閉部材は横方向に直線的にスライドさせられて相対的に移動可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固形物用熱交換器。
- 上記一対の開閉部材のうち上側の開閉部材の上部には、この上側の開閉部材の上記開口部に向かうに従い下方に向けて傾斜する傾斜面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の固形物用熱交換器。
- 上記シェル内の上部には、上記中空部に供給される上記固形物が貯留される貯留室が設けられるとともに、この貯留室内における上記固形物の貯留量に基づいて上記排出装置による上記固形物の排出を制御する制御装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の固形物用熱交換器。
- 有機性廃棄物を加熱して上記固形物を生成する加熱手段と、この固形物を熱交換によって冷却する請求項1から請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の固形物用熱交換器とを備えることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理設備。
- 上記加熱手段が、上記有機性廃棄物を炭化する炭化炉であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理設備。
- 上記有機性廃棄物が下水汚泥であることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理設備。
