Claims (22)
- β−セクレターゼによるアミロイド前駆体タンパク質(AβPP)の切断を阻害しそしてアミロイドβペプチド(Aβ)の蓄積を阻害するようにAβPPのβ−セクレターゼ切断部位にまたがるエピトープに対する免疫応答を誘発する、抗原ペプチドの免疫化有効量、および薬学的に許容され得る担体、希釈剤、賦形剤、アジュバント、または補助剤を含む、免疫化組成物であって、該抗原ペプチドが、配列番号1又は配列番号1の部分からなり、ただし、該部分は、配列番号1の残基4〜8を含む、免疫化組成物。
- 抗原ペプチドがディスプレイビヒクルの表面上に提示される、請求項1記載の免疫化組成物。
- ディスプレイビヒクルが、コア分子上に構築された、分枝を提供するように少なくとも二官能性である、そしてそれに抗原ペプチドが共有結合によって連結される16個までの末端官能基を含む、樹状ポリマーを含む、請求項2記載の免疫化組成物。
- 樹状ポリマーが、それに抗原ペプチドが連結される8個の末端官能基を含む、請求項3記載の免疫化組成物。
- 抗原ペプチドが配列番号5、または配列番号1の残基1〜8を含む、請求項2記載の免疫化組成物。

- β−セクレターゼによるアミロイド前駆体タンパク質(AβPP)の切断を阻害しそしてアミロイドβペプチド(Aβ)の蓄積を阻害するようにAβPPのβ−セクレターゼ切断部位にまたがるエピトープに対する免疫応答を誘発することができる、長さ6〜14アミノ酸残基からなる単離された抗原ペプチドであって、該抗原ペプチドが、配列番号1又は配列番号1の部分からなり、ただし、該部分は、配列番号1の残基4〜8を含む、抗原ペプチド。
- 抗原ペプチドが配列番号1の残基1〜8を含む、請求項14記載の単離された抗原ペプチド。
- 抗原ペプチドが配列番号5のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項14記載の単離された抗原ペプチド。
- AβPPのβ−セクレターゼ切断部位にまたがるエピトープを結合する抗体の抗原結合部分を含む、分子であって、AβPPのβ−セクレターゼ切断部位にまたがるエピトープへの分子の結合が、β−セクレターゼによるAβPPの切断を阻害することができる、分子。
- モノクローナル抗体または単鎖抗体である、請求項17記載の分子。
- その表面上に請求項18記載の分子を提示する繊維状バクテリオファージディスプレイビヒクルであって、分子が、単鎖抗体である、繊維状バクテリオファージディスプレイビヒクル。
- 請求項19記載の繊維状バクテリオファージディスプレイビヒクル、および薬学的に許容され得る担体、賦形剤、希釈剤、または補助剤を含む、医薬組成物。
- アミロイドβの形成を阻害するために嗅覚系に投与される、請求項20記載の医薬組成物。
