Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、反射型直線偏光フィルムと、前記反射型偏光フィルムの上に配置された複屈折率を有する第1のポリマー基材層と、前記反射型偏光フィルムの下に配置された第2のポリマー基材層とを含む光学フィルム複合体であって、第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、軸間で0°〜25°の角度差を有するような方位に向いているフィルム複合体を提供する。その光学フィルム複合体をLCD装置に取り入れて、光学性能を改善することができる。

反射型直線偏光フィルムと、
前記反射型偏光フィルムの上に配置された、複屈折率を有する第1の複屈折性ポリマー基材層と、
前記反射型偏光フィルムの下に配置された第2のポリマー基材層とを含む光学フィルム複合体であって、
前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜25°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、光学フィルム複合体。

前記第1のポリマー基材層が、光拡散機能を有するように処理されている、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第2のポリマー基材層が、光拡散機能を有するように処理されている、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記ポリエステル系ポリマーが、PETである、項目3に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記ポリエステル系ポリマーが、PETである、項目4に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第1のポリマー基材層が、少なくとも20%のヘイズレベルを有する、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第2のポリマー基材層が、少なくとも20%のヘイズレベルを有する、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記光拡散機能が、マット処理によって付与されている、項目5に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記光拡散機能が、ビーズを組み込むことによって付与されている、項目5に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜15°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜5°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記第1のポリマー基材層と前記反射型偏光フィルムが、あるいは前記第2のポリマー基材層と前記反射型偏光フィルム材層が、光学接着剤を用いて積層されている、項目1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記光学接着剤が、アクリレート系の接着剤である、項目15に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記光学接着剤が、ビーズを含有する、項目15に記載の光学フィルム複合体。

前記反射型偏光フィルムの他方の面に第2のポリマー基材層を配置するステップと、を含む、光学フィルム複合体の製造方法。

Claims (20)
- 反射型直線偏光フィルムと、
前記反射型偏光フィルムの上に配置された、複屈折率を有する第1の複屈折性ポリマー基材層と、
前記反射型偏光フィルムの下に配置された第2のポリマー基材層とを含む光学フィルム複合体であって、
前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜25°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、光学フィルム複合体。 - 前記反射型偏光フィルムが、多層偏光フィルムである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層が、ポリエステル系ポリマー層である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第2のポリマー基材層が、ポリエステル系ポリマー層である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層が、光拡散機能を有するように処理されている、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第2のポリマー基材層が、光拡散機能を有するように処理されている、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記ポリエステル系ポリマーが、PETである、請求項3に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記ポリエステル系ポリマーが、PETである、請求項4に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層が、少なくとも20%のヘイズレベルを有する、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第2のポリマー基材層が、少なくとも20%のヘイズレベルを有する、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記光拡散機能が、マット処理によって付与されている、請求項5に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記光拡散機能が、ビーズを組み込むことによって付与されている、請求項5に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜15°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸が、前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸に対して、該軸間で0°〜5°の角度差を有するような方位に向いている、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記第1のポリマー基材層と前記反射型偏光フィルムが、あるいは前記第2のポリマー基材層と前記反射型偏光フィルム材層が、光学接着剤を用いて積層されている、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記光学接着剤が、アクリレート系の接着剤である、請求項15に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 前記光学接着剤が、ビーズを含有する、請求項15に記載の光学フィルム複合体。
- 請求項1による光学フィルム複合体を含む、液晶ディスプレイ装置。
- 反射型直線偏光フィルムを準備するステップと、
複屈折を有する第1のポリマー基材層を、前記反射型偏光フィルムの片方の面に、前記第1のポリマー基材層の光学軸と前記反射型偏光フィルムの透過軸との間の角度差が0°〜25°であるように配置するステップと、
