Abstract

Description
本願は、2011年11月4日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/555,858号に基づく優先権を主張する。この仮出願の開示は、参照によりその全体を本願明細書に援用したものとする。
(有機溶剤の)60重量%のテルピネオール、5重量%のPVP、20重量%のDispers655、1〜10重量%のエチルセルロース、および5重量%のチキソトロープ剤を合わせることにより、1つの有機媒体を調製した。この混合物を、撹拌しながら80℃の温度に加熱し、次いで、合計30分間維持した。次いでこの媒体を冷却し、媒体が均一な粘稠度に到達するまで、三本ロール練り機を使用して粉砕した。次いで、(ペーストの)20重量%までのこの媒体を、(ペーストの)約80重量%の銀粒子および(ペーストの)約5重量%のガラスフリットと、高速混合機を使用して混合した。次いで、この混合物を、分散した均一なペーストになるまで、三本ロール練り機を使用して粉砕した。得られたペーストを、スクリーン325(メッシュ)×0.9(ミル、ワイヤ直径)×0.6(ミル、エマルション厚さ)×50μm(フィンガーライン隙間)(カレンダースクリーン(Calendar scree))を使用して、ソーラーウェーハの上へと、150mm/sの速度でスクリーン印刷し、次いで、印刷したウェーハを適切なプロファイルで焼成した。

Claims (20)
- 電気伝導性ペーストにおいて使用するための有機媒体であって、
ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、またはポリビニルブチレート(PVB)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む結合剤と、
界面活性剤と、
有機溶剤と
を含む、有機媒体。 - 前記有機媒体は、チキソトロピー剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機媒体。
- 前記結合剤は、有機媒体の約1〜10重量%である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の有機媒体。
- 前記界面活性剤は、有機媒体の約1〜20重量%である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の有機媒体。
- 前記界面活性剤は、有機媒体の約1〜10重量%である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の有機媒体。
- 前記界面活性剤は、顔料親和性基を持つヒドロキシ官能性カルボン酸エステル、顔料親和性基を持つアクリレート共重合体、顔料親和性基を持つ変性ポリエーテルまたは顔料親和性の基を持つ化合物のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の有機媒体。
- 前記有機溶剤は、カルビトール、テルピネオール、ヘキシルカルビトール、テキサノール、ブチルカルビトール、ブチルカルビトールアセテート、またはアジピン酸ジメチルのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の有機媒体。
- 太陽電池技術において使用するための電気伝導性ペーストであって、
金属粒子と、
ガラスフリットと、
有機媒体であって、PVP、PMMA、またはPVBのうちの少なくとも1つを含む結合剤、界面活性剤、および有機溶剤を含む有機媒体と
を含む、電気伝導性ペースト。 - 前記金属粒子は、ペーストの約60〜60重量%である、請求項8に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記金属粒子は、ペーストの約80重量%である、請求項8または請求項9に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記金属粒子は、銀、金、銅、およびニッケルのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項8から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリットは、ペーストの約1〜10重量%である、請求項8から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリットは、ペーストの約5重量%である、請求項8から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、ペーストの約1〜20重量%である、請求項8から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、ペーストの約15重量%である、請求項8から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、チキソトロピー剤をさらに含む、請求項8から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、(有機媒体の)1〜10重量%の結合剤を含む、請求項8から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、(有機媒体の)約1〜20重量%の界面活性剤を含む、請求項8から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 前記有機媒体は、(有機媒体の)1〜10重量%の界面活性剤を含む、請求項8から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペースト。
- 請求項8から請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の電気伝導性ペーストをシリコンウェーハに付与することと、前記シリコンウェーハを焼成することと、によって製造される太陽電池。
