Abstract

Claims (4)
- レーザ切断装置へ、およびレーザ切断装置から紙物品を搬送する外側の搬送表面と、内側の表面と、を有するコンベヤベルトから破片を洗浄するベルト洗浄システムであって、
前記コンベヤベルト搬送表面上に複数のドライ・アイス・ペレットを放出して、これにより、前記複数のドライ・アイス・ペレットが前記コンベヤベルト搬送表面から前記破片を除去するようになされた前記コンベヤベルトに隣接して配置された少なくとも1つのノズルを有する送出システムを含むドライアイス吹き付け装置と、
前記コンベヤベルト搬送表面に隣接して配置されたコレクタハウジングを含む破片回収サブシステムであって、前記コレクタハウジングは前記コンベヤベルト搬送表面から除去された前記破片を封じ込めて、前記コンベヤベルトから離れる方向に前記破片を導くようになされている、破片回収サブシステムと、を含む
ベルト洗浄システム。 - 前記破片回収サブシステムが、前記コレクタハウジングと、前記ドライアイス吹き付け装置送出システムと、を気密連結する第1のシールと、前記コレクタハウジングと、前記コンベヤベルトと、を気密連結する第2のシールと、をまた同様に含む、請求項1に記載のベルト洗浄システム。
- 前記破片回収サブシステムが、前記コレクタハウジングの排気口と流体連通する廃棄物容器をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のベルト洗浄システム。
- 真空システムが、前記コレクタハウジングの排気口と流体連通している、請求項2に記載のベルト洗浄システム。
