Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の方法は、モーターの同期角情報から所定レッグのスイッチング素子を介してモーターに入力される相電流の最大値と最小値を検出して、相電流の非対称率によってレッグのスイッチング素子の故障を検出する。

Description
図面に示したように、従来のスイッチング素子故障検出装置300をインバータ100に連結して、インバータ100の入力端において入力電圧が印加されないように遮断する。出力端もモーター200との連結が遮断されている。
図3は、本発明に係るスイッチング素子故障検出装置の一実施形態構成図である。
図面に示したように、本発明の故障検出装置は、電流センサー40、角度センサー50、制御部60及び格納部70を含む。

Claims (8)
- モーターの同期角を測定する角度センサー、
インバータ部の所定レッグのスイッチング素子を介して前記モーターに入力される相電流を測定する電流センサー、及び
前記角度センサーの同期角情報を利用して前記相電流の非対称率を判断して、前記スイッチング素子の故障を判断する制御部を含むことを特徴とする、故障検出装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記同期角を利用して前記相電流の最大値と最小値を検出する、請求項1に記載の故障検出装置。
- 前記相電流の最大値と最小値を格納する格納部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の故障検出装置。
- 前記制御部は、最大値と最小値との差が所定レベルより実質的に小さい場合、該当レッグのスイッチング素子を故障と定める、請求項2または3に記載の故障検出装置。
- モーターの同期角情報からインバータ部の所定レッグのスイッチング素子を介して前記モーターに入力される相電流の最大値と最小値を検出する段階、及び
前記相電流の非対称率によって前記レッグのスイッチング素子の故障を検出する段階を含むことを特徴とする、故障検出方法。 - 前記相電流の最大値と最小値を格納する段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の故障検出方法。
- 前記検出する段階は、
前記相電流の最大値と最小値との差が所定レベルより実質的に小さい場合には、前記レッグのスイッチング素子が故障したと判断する、請求項5または6に記載の故障検出方法。 - 前記インバータ部のスイッチング素子の故障を検出したことをディスプレーする段階をさらに含む、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の故障検出方法。
