Abstract
【解決手段】排気浄化装置は、エンジンの排気流路を流れる排気ガスを浄化するためのものであり、フィン16及び噴射装置13を備えている。フィン16は、排気流路1のパイプ3の流入口15に設けられ、旋回流を発生させるように排気ガスをガイドする。噴射装置13は、排気ガスの旋回流中に還元剤を噴射する。ここで、フィン16は、還元剤の噴射領域Aを囲うように、還元剤の噴射方向下流側に向かって拡開されている。このような排気浄化装置では、フィン16によって排気ガスに旋回流を発生させて還元剤を拡散できるだけでなく、当該フィン16によって排気ガスが還元剤の噴射領域Aに直接入り込むことを抑制できるため、噴射された還元剤が排気ガスの流れで流されてフィン16やパイプ3の内壁面に付着してしまうのを防止できる。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気流路を流れる排気ガスを浄化するための排気浄化装置であって、
前記排気流路中に設けられ、旋回流を発生させるように前記排気ガスをガイドするフィンと、
前記排気ガスの前記旋回流中に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置と、を備え、
前記フィンは、前記還元剤の噴射領域を囲うように、前記還元剤の噴射方向下流側に向かって拡開されていることを特徴とする排気浄化装置。 - 前記排気流路は、前記噴射領域を内包する筒状の壁部を有し、
前記壁部には、前記排気ガスを内部に流入させる流入口が設けられ、
前記フィンは、前記壁部内に入り込むように前記流入口に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記流入口は、複数設けられ、
前記フィンは、複数の前記流入口のそれぞれに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記フィンは、前記還元剤の噴射方向視において前記噴射領域側に湾曲する断面を有すると共に、当該断面の湾曲度合が前記還元剤の噴射方向下流側に行くに従って小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の排気浄化装置。
