Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る排気浄化装置の概略構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の排気浄化装置10は、例えばトラック等の車両においてディーゼルエンジン等のエンジンから排気される排気ガス(以下、単に「排気ガス」という)を浄化するものである。この排気浄化装置10は、排気ガスが流通する排気流路1に搭載されており、DOC11、DPF12、噴射装置13、及びSCR14を備えている。

SCR14は、添加された還元剤を利用して排気ガス中のNOxを選択的に還元反応させ、排気ガスを浄化するものである。このSCR14は、第二ケーシング4内に配設されている。ここでのSCR14は、生成したアンモニアを用いて下式(2)に示す還元反応を生じさせ、NOxを選択的に還元浄化する。なお、第二ケーシング4の後段には、余剰のアンモニアを酸化処理するアンモニア低減触媒(不図示)が設けられている。

次に、上述した排気浄化装置10の要部について、図2及び図3を用いて詳細に説明する。図2は、図1に示す排気浄化装置の要部を示す、図1のII−II線における概略断面図である。図3は、図1に示す排気浄化装置の要部を示す、図2のIII−III線における概略断面図である。なお、便宜上、図2の上側を右側といい、図2の下側を左側といい、図3の上側を上側といい、図3の下側を下側という。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。第2の実施形態は、基本的に第1の実施形態と同様であり、第一ケーシング及びパイプの形状のみ第1の実施形態と相違する。このため、以下の説明では、第1の実施形態と相違する事項のみを説明し、第1の実施形態と同様の説明を省略する。
次に、第3の実施形態について説明する。第3の実施形態は、基本的に第1の実施形態と同様であり、第一ケーシング及びパイプの形状のみ第1の実施形態と相違する。このため、以下の説明では、第1の実施形態と相違する事項のみを説明し、第1の実施形態と同様の説明を省略する。
次に、第4の実施形態について説明する。第4の実施形態は、基本的に第1の実施形態と同様であり、第一ケーシングのみ第1の実施形態と相違する。このため、以下の説明では、第1の実施形態と相違する事項のみを説明し、第1の実施形態と同様の説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気流路を流れる排気ガスを浄化するための排気浄化装置であって、
筒状のケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの下流側に配置され、前記ケーシングの軸線方向に対して略垂直な方向に延びるように前記ケーシングの外側から前記ケーシングに内挿され、前記ケーシングと連通される貫通孔が形成されたパイプと、
前記パイプの上流側端部から前記パイプ内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置と、を備え、
前記ケーシングの前記排気流路に、上流側から下流側に向けて前記パイプの軸線方向において徐々に狭くなる収縮流路部が形成されており、
前記収縮流路部は、前記ケーシングの内壁面により形成されており、
前記ケーシングの内壁面は、上流側から下流側に向けて前記パイプの軸線方向に傾斜する壁部を有し、
前記壁部は、前記パイプの前記ケーシング内の外周面に接続されて前記収縮流路部の排気ガスを前記貫通孔に向ける、
排気浄化装置。 - エンジンの排気流路を流れる排気ガスを浄化するための排気浄化装置であって、
筒状のケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの下流側に配置され、前記ケーシングの軸線方向に対して略垂直な方向に延びるように前記ケーシングの外側から前記ケーシングに内挿され、前記ケーシングと連通される貫通孔が形成されたパイプと、
前記パイプの上流側端部から前記パイプ内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置と、を備え、
前記ケーシングの前記排気流路に、上流側から下流側に向けて前記パイプの軸線方向において徐々に狭くなる収縮流路部が形成されているおり、
前記収縮流路部の少なくとも一部は、前記ケーシングの内壁面に取り付けられて上流側から下流側に向けて前記パイプの軸線方向に傾斜する導風板により形成されており、
前記導風板は、前記パイプの前記ケーシング内の外周面に接続されて前記収縮流路部の排気ガスを前記貫通孔に向ける、
排気浄化装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記パイプの前記ケーシングに内挿された部分の、前記パイプの軸線方向における一部に形成されており、
前記収縮流路部は、前記貫通孔に向けて狭くなっている、
請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記パイプ内に旋回流を発生させるように排気ガスを前記貫通孔に案内する旋回用導風板を更に備える、
