Abstract
【解決手段】昇降手段により昇降可能にコネクタピンモジュール550が設置されたバッテリー取付部500と、上記バッテリー取付部に搭載されたバッテリー400と交換するための完充電バッテリーを各々脱着可能に搭載する複数のバッテリー支え台が形成された積載台と、上記バッテリー取付部とバッテリー支え台566との間を移動装置によりX軸、Y軸、及びZ軸に移動しながら、上記バッテリー取付部またはバッテリー支え台に取り付けられたバッテリーを脱去した後、上記バッテリー支え台またはバッテリー取付部500に交換、取付するバッテリー脱着部を含むことを特徴とする。

図1は本発明の第1実施形態に従う電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置を用いるために電気自動車の上面の一側にバッテリーが設置された状態を示す一部斜視図であり、図2は図1において、本発明の第1実施形態に従う電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置を用いて電気自動車に搭載されたバッテリーをピックアップする過程を示す一部斜視図であり、図3は図2の正面図であり、図4は本発明の第1実施形態に従う電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置の分離斜視図である。
図14は本発明の第2実施形態に従う電気自動車用バッテリー脱着装置におけるバッテリーとバッテリー取付部の分離斜視図であり、図15は図14において、バッテリーの底部構造が表れるように示す分離斜視図であり、図16は図14の結合斜視図であり、図17及び図18は図16の正面図及び側面図である。

Claims (4)
- 電気自動車に形成されてバッテリーを脱着可能に搭載し、昇降手段により昇降可能にコネクタピンモジュールが設置されたバッテリー取付部と、
前記バッテリー取付部に搭載されたバッテリーと交換するための完充電バッテリーを各々脱着可能に搭載する複数のバッテリー支え台が形成された積載台と、
前記バッテリー取付部とバッテリー支え台との間を移動装置によりX軸、Y軸、及びZ軸に移動しながら、前記バッテリー取付部、またはバッテリー支え台に取り付けられたバッテリーを脱去した後、前記バッテリー支え台またはバッテリー取付部に交換、取付するバッテリー脱着部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置。 - 前記バッテリーは、その底面の一側に前記コネクタピンモジュールの上昇時に引き込まれるための空間である引込空間部が形成され、前記引込空間部の一面に前記コネクタピンモジュールのコネクタピンが挿入されるためのコネクタピンホールが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置。
- 前記コネクタピンの両側にはその周面に嵌合溝が形成された把持突起が突設され、前記コネクタピンホールの両側には前記把持突起が挟まれ、その周面に前記嵌合溝に挟まれるための板スプリングが設置された把持ホールが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置。
- 前記昇降手段は、
電気的信号により作動がなされるアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの作動により移動されるピストンと、
前記ピストンの端部に連結されてピストンの移動時に連動して移動されるスライド部材と、
前記スライド部材にその一端が連結されてスライド部材の移動時に水平方向から垂直方向に、または垂直方向から水平方向に回動されて前記コネクタピンモジュールを昇降させるリンクと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーの脱着装置。
