Abstract
【解決手段】増幅器装置100は、第1の脚102aおよび第2の脚102bにおける差動入力信号を受信するように形成される第1初期増幅器段階104a、および第2初期増幅器段階104bの出力と連結される最終増幅器段階であって第1の脚および第2の脚のそれぞれにおける一次信号増幅器Q3aa,Q3baおよびエラー増幅器Q3ab,Q3bbからなる最終増幅器段階からなり、第1の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を第2の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合するとともに、第2の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を第1の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合する。

Claims (14)
- 第1の脚および第2の脚における差動入力信号を受信するように構成される初期増幅器段階、および
前記初期増幅器段階の出力と連結される最終増幅器段階であって、前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚のそれぞれにおける一次信号増幅器およびエラー増幅器からなる最終増幅器段階からなり、
前記第1の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を前記第2の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合するとともに、前記第2の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を前記第1の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合する、増幅器装置。 - 前記第1の脚内に構成され、該第1の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を前記第2の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合する第1連結器、および
前記第2の脚内に構成され、該第2の脚のエラー増幅器の出力を前記第1の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力と結合する第2連結器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1および第2連結器は、奇数次高調波信号および混変調産物を解消するように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 最終段階それぞれの前記一次信号増幅器およびエラー増幅器をバイアスし、一次信号増幅器の入力に関してより多くの非線形信号をエラー増幅器の入力へと送るものとする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- エラー増幅器が一次信号増幅器に関して非線形成分へと低減された一次信号を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 最終増幅器段階の出力に連結されるバランをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記最終増幅器段階の出力に連結されるバランは、偶数次信号を除去するように形成されるものとする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 初期増幅器段階の第1の脚および第2の脚における差動入力信号の受信、
該初期増幅器段階の出力の、最終増幅器段階の出力への連結であって、該最終増幅器段階は前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚のそれぞれにおける一次信号増幅器およびエラー増幅器からなるからなるものとする連結、および
前記第1の脚のエラー増幅器の出力と前記第2の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力との結合、および前記第2の脚のエラー増幅器の出力と前記第1の脚の一次信号増幅器の出力との結合からなる、増幅器装置の広帯域線形化を行うための方法。 - 前記第1の脚内に形成される第1連結器による、前記第1の脚の前記エラー増幅器の出力と前記第2の脚の前記一次信号増幅器の出力との結合、および
前記第2の脚内に形成される第2連結器による、前記第2の脚の前記エラー増幅器の出力と前記第1の脚の前記一次信号増幅器の出力との結合をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第1および第2連結器は、奇数次高調波信号および混変調成分を解消するように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 最終段階それぞれの前記一次信号増幅器および前記エラー増幅器をバイアスし、前記エラー増幅器の出力におけるより多くの非線形信号を前記一次信号増幅器の入力に関して送るものとする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記エラー増幅器が前記一次信号増幅器に関して非線形成分へと低減された一次信号を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記最終増幅器段階の出力のバランへの連結をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記最終増幅器段階の出力に連結される前記バランは、偶数次信号を除去するように形成されるものとする、請求項13に記載の方法。
