Abstract
【解決手段】積層体は、アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との少なくとも何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、及び有機化合物から選ばれる結晶原材料から得られたアパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶が、基材上に形成され積層している積層体であり、基材にコーティングされた結晶原材料と硝酸塩等のフラックスとが加熱等により結晶成長してナノ無機結晶が形成されている。

フッ素アパタイトの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
基材となる、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板及びポリカーボネート(PC)基板の両端にテープを張り、その間に調製したコーティング剤1をそれぞれのせ、コンラージ棒で基板表面をスキージし、テープの厚み以上の過剰なコーティング剤1を除去することで、基板上にコーティング剤1をコーティングした。同様の操作でコーティング剤3をPET基板、PC基板に、それぞれコーティングした。これを、電気炉で、加熱速度:15℃/分、保持時間:10時間、保持温度:150℃、冷却速度:200℃/分、停止温度:100℃として加熱した。これを冷却して温水に浸漬してフラックスを除去し、積層体を形成した。
実施例1−1と同様の方法で、調製したコーティング剤1、4及び5をSi基板(2cm×2cm)にコーティングし、大気圧プラズマジェットで、投入電力:150W、プラズマガス:N2、窒素流量:5.0標準リットル毎分、処理時間:3又は10秒間、基板−トーチ間距離:10mmとして処理をした。これを温水に浸漬してフラックスを除去し積層体を形成した。
実施例1−1と同様の方法で、調製したコーティング剤1、2及び4をSi基板(2cm×2cm)にコーティングし、大気圧マイクロプラズマジェットで、投入電力:20W、プラズマガス:Ar、アルゴン流量:200標準立方センチメートル毎分、処理時間:1,3又は10秒間、基板−トーチ間距離:3mmとして処理をした。これを温水に浸漬してフラックスを除去し積層体を形成した。
Ca(NO3)2・4H2Oを2.341g、(NH4)2HPO4を0.786g、及びKFを0.115g、混合して結晶原材料濃度が100mol%であるフラックス非含有コーティング剤とした。
PET基板上にフラックス非含有コーティング剤をコーティングすること以外は、実施例1−1と同様の操作また条件により積層体を形成した。
Si基板上にフラックス非含有コーティング剤をコーティングすること以外は、実施例1−2−1と同様の操作また条件により積層体を形成した。
蒸留水4mlに硝酸ナトリウム1gを溶解させた水溶液を調製した。真空紫外(VUV)光照射で表面を親水性とした金属Ti基板(2cm×2cm)に、160μlの調製水溶液であるコーティング剤を滴下して、電気炉で、加熱速度:500℃/分、保持時間:1〜10時間、保持温度:500℃、冷却速度:5〜100℃/分として加熱した。これを冷却して温水に浸漬させてフラックスを除去し、積層体を形成した。
水酸アパタイトの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
Ca(NO3)2・4H2O(0.128g)、(NH4)2HPO4(0.043g)、及びKOH(0.006g)を結晶原材料とし、KNO3−LiNO3(6:4)(0.650g:0.296g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が1mol%であるペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。さらに蒸留水を1ml添加し、混合した。
酸化亜鉛の結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
Zn(NO3)2・6H2O(6.476g)を結晶原材料とし、KNO3−Ca(NO3)2・4H2O(55:45)(1.211g:2.313g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が50mol%であるペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
酸化錫の結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
SnCl2(5.394g)を結晶原材料とし、KNO3−Ca(NO3)2・4H2O(55:45)(1.582g:3.024g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が50mol%であるペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
六ニオブ酸カリウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
K2CO3(0.274g)、及びNb2O5(0.792g)を結晶原材料とし、KNO3−KCl(65:35)(6.458g:2.564g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が1mol%とした。さらに、蒸留水を10ml加え、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
三ニオブ酸カリウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
K2CO3(2.322g)、及びNb2O5(13.397g)を結晶原材料とし、KCl(10.020g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が20mol%とした。さらに、蒸留水を25ml加え、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
SrTiO3の結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
SrCO3(0.20g)及びTiO2(anatase)(0.11g)を結晶原材料とし、KCl−LiCl(6:4)(0.54g:0.20g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度が10mol%であるペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
コバルト酸リチウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
Co3O4(1.323g)、LiOH・H2O(0.869g)を結晶原材料とし、NaCl(18.380g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度を5mol%とした。さらに、蒸留水(10mL)を加えて混合し、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
コバルト酸リチウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
Co3O4(3.961g)、LiOH・H2O(5.142g)を結晶原材料とし、LiNO3(13.104g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度を5mol%とした。さらに、蒸留水(10mL)を加えて混合し、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
チタン酸リチウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
TiO2アナターゼ(2.855g)、Li2CO3(7.716g)を結晶原材料とし、NaCl(1.129g)をフラックスとして混合して、結晶原材料濃度を50mol%とした。さらに、蒸留水(10mL)を加えて混合し、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
四タングステン酸ナトリウムの結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
WO3(0.845g)及びNaNO3(0.154g)を混合し、さらに蒸留水を1ml加え、ペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。
フッ化イットリウムナトリウム(NaYF4)の結晶薄膜となるコーティング剤の調製を以下に示す。
NaF(0.0043g)、YF3(0.0135g)、YbF3(0.0024g)及びErF3(0.0003g)を結晶原材料とし、NaF−NaCl(70:30)(03049:0.1793g)をフラックスとして乾式混合した。この粉末混合物に蒸留水500μlを滴下し混合することで、結晶原材料濃度が1mol%であるペースト状のコーティング剤を調製した。

- アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との、何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、又は有機化合物塩からなる結晶原材料から得られたアパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶が、樹脂材料、生体高分子材料、又は生体適合性材料からなる基材上に形成され、積層している積層体であって、

又はこれらと、金属材料、ガラス材料、及び/若しくはセラミックス材料とが複合され形成された基材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体。 - アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との、何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、又は有機化合物塩からなる結晶原材料から得られたアパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶が、基材上に形成され、積層している積層体であって、
該基材にコーティングされた該結晶原材料と、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、硫酸塩、シュウ酸塩、クエン酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、酸化物、水酸化物、及びアンモニウム塩から選ばれるフラックスとが加熱、活性エネルギー線照射又はプラズマ処理により、該基材から結晶核が供給されて結晶成長して該ナノ無機結晶が形成されたことを特徴とする積層体。 - 前記基材が、金属、ガラス、及びセラミックスから選ばれる無機材で形成され、又は前記無機材と、樹脂材料、生体高分子材料、又は生体適合性材料との複合体材料から形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層体。
- 生体適合性材料、光触媒機能性材料、光学材料、誘電材料、電池電極材料、又は透明導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の積層体。
- 前記金属が、リチウム、カリウム、及びナトリウムから選ばれる前記アルカリ金属;マグネシウム、カルシウム、及びバリウムから選ばれる前記アルカリ土類金属;チタン、コバルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、モリブデン、タンタル、タングステン、インジウム、及び希土類金属から選ばれる前記遷移金属;アルミニウム、ガリウム、インジウム、錫、及びアンチモンから選ばれる前記卑金属であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の積層体。
- 前記アパタイトが、フッ素アパタイト、塩素アパタイト、又は水酸アパタイトであり、
前記アルカリ土類金属酸化物が、酸化マグネシウムであり、
前記遷移金属酸化物が、酸化チタン、酸化コバルト、酸化ニッケル、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ニオブ、酸化モリブデン、酸化タンタル、酸化タングステン、又は希土類金属酸化物であり、
前記遷移金属含有複酸化物が、チタン酸塩、コバルト酸塩、ニッケル酸塩、ニオブ酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、タンタル酸塩、タングステン酸塩、又は希土類金属塩であり、
前記卑金属酸化物が、酸化ガリウム、酸化インジウム、酸化錫、又は酸化アンチモンであり、
前記卑金属含有複酸化物が、酸化インジウム錫、酸化亜鉛アルミニウム、又は酸化ガリウムアンチモンであることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れかに記載の積層体。 - 前記基材が、平面形状又は立体形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れかに記載の積層体。
- アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、又は有機化合物塩からなる結晶原材料と、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、硫酸塩、シュウ酸塩、クエン酸塩、塩化物、アンモニウム塩、フッ化物、水酸化物、及び酸化物から選ばれるフラックスとを水の存在又は不存在下で混合してから、樹脂材料、生体高分子材料、又は生体適合性材料からなる基材へコーティングした後、加熱、活性エネルギー線照射又はプラズマ処理によるエネルギーで70〜250℃の温度にして、アパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶を該基材上に結晶成長させて結晶薄膜として積層することを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。
- アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、又は有機化合物塩からなる結晶原材料と、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、硫酸塩、シュウ酸塩、クエン酸塩、塩化物、アンモニウム塩、フッ化物、水酸化物、及び酸化物から選ばれるフラックスとを水の存在又は不存在下で混合してから、基材へコーティングした後、加熱、活性エネルギー線照射又はプラズマ処理を施すことで該基材から結晶核を供給させて、アパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶を該基材上に結晶成長させて結晶薄膜として積層することを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。
- アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属と遷移金属と卑金属との何れかの金属の酸化物、炭酸塩、シュウ酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、フッ化物、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、又は有機化合物塩からなる結晶原材料と、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、硫酸塩、シュウ酸塩、クエン酸塩、塩化物、アンモニウム塩、フッ化物、水酸化物、及び酸化物から選ばれるフラックスとを水の存在又は不存在下で混合して結晶原材料の濃度を0.5〜50mol%にしてから、基材へコーティングした後、加熱、活性エネルギー線照射又はプラズマ処理を施して、アパタイト、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、遷移金属酸化物、遷移金属含有複酸化物、卑金属酸化物、卑金属含有複酸化物、又はそれらのドーパント含有化合物からなるナノ無機結晶を該基材上に結晶成長させて結晶薄膜として積層することを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。
- 前記加熱が、70〜1500℃で行われることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記活性エネルギー線照射が、紫外線、可視光線、赤外線、α線、β線、γ線、X線又は電子線の照射であることを特徴とする請求項9から12の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記プラズマ処理が、大気圧プラズマ処理であることを特徴とする請求項9から13の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記結晶薄膜を加熱し又は水洗して前記フラックスを除去することを特徴とする請求項9から14の何れかに記載の積層体の製造方法。
