Abstract
【解決手段】アミノ基を含有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤をラジカル分解することにより得られたフラグメントが、グラフェンライク炭素材料にラジカル吸着により付加されているアミノ基変成炭素材料、並びにグラフェンライク炭素材料と、アミノ基を含有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤とを溶媒中で加熱攪拌する、アミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。

Description
2L重合容器に水1100mL、p−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ180mLを仕込み、窒素ガスを導入しつつ、撹拌羽より180rpmの撹拌速度で撹拌し、乳化液を作製した。別途、分散剤としてスチレンスルホン酸モノマーを水で2重量%の濃度に希釈してなる分散剤溶液を用意した。また、重合開始剤としてペルオキソ二硫酸カリウムを水で3重量%の濃度に希釈してなる重合開始剤溶液を用意した。
膨張黒鉛を一対のロール間に供給してシート成型することにより、密度0.7、厚み1mmの黒鉛シートを用意した。
Claims (7)
- アミノ基を含有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤をラジカル分解することにより得られたフラグメントが、グラフェンライク炭素材料にラジカル吸着により付加されている、アミノ基変成炭素材料。
- 前記グラフェンライク炭素材料が薄片化黒鉛である、請求項1に記載のアミノ基変成炭素材料。
- グラフェンライク炭素材料と、アミノ基を含有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤とを溶媒中で加熱攪拌させる、アミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。
- 前記グラフェンライク炭素材料として、薄片化黒鉛を用いる、請求項3に記載のアミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。
- 前記アゾ系ラジカル開始剤が、二級または三級アミノ基を有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤である、請求項3または4に記載のアミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載のアミノ基変性炭素材料と、樹脂とを含む、複合材料。
- 前記樹脂が、樹脂微粒子である、請求項6に記載の複合材料。
