2L重合容器に水1100mL、p−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ180mLを仕込み、窒素ガスを導入しつつ、撹拌羽より180rpmの撹拌速度で撹拌し、乳化液を作製した。別途、分散剤としてスチレンスルホン酸モノマーを水で2重量%の濃度に希釈してなる分散剤溶液を用意した。また、重合開始剤としてペルオキソ二硫酸カリウムを水で3重量%の濃度に希釈してなる重合開始剤溶液を用意した。
膨張黒鉛を一対のロール間に供給してシート成型することにより、密度0.7、厚み1mmの黒鉛シートを用意した。
Claims (5)
- アミノ基を含有するフラグメントが、比表面積が1296m 2 /g以下の薄片化黒鉛に吸着されている、アミノ基変成炭素材料。
- 比表面積が1296m 2 /g以下の薄片化黒鉛と、アミノ基を含有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤とを溶媒中で加熱攪拌させる、アミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。
- 前記アゾ系ラジカル開始剤が、二級または三級アミノ基を有するアゾ系ラジカル開始剤
である、請求項2に記載のアミノ基変成炭素材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のアミノ基変性炭素材料と、樹脂とを含む、複合材料。
- 前記樹脂が、樹脂微粒子である、請求項4に記載の複合材料。
