Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関10の排気通路14に設けられて酸化触媒31とDPF32とを配置した排気後処理装置30と、酸化触媒31に燃料を供給する排気管内噴射装置18と、排気管内噴射装置18により酸化触媒31に燃料を供給させてフィルタ32の再生を制御すると共に、酸化触媒31の温度を高温状態に維持してフィルタ32を再生できる再生可能状態にあるか否かを判定する制御部44,45とを備え、制御部44,45は、フィルタ32の再生制御中に再生可能状態にないと判定した時は、再生可能状態にあると判定するまで再生制御を停止するようにした。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載される内燃機関の排気浄化装置であって、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気上流側から順に酸化触媒と排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタとを配置した排気後処理装置と、
前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給する燃料供給手段と、
前記燃料供給手段により前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給させて前記フィルタの再生を制御すると共に、前記車両の走行距離に基づいて、前記酸化触媒の温度を高温状態に維持して前記フィルタを再生できる再生可能状態にあるか否かを判定する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタの再生制御中に、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定した時は、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定するまで前記再生制御を停止することを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記再生制御を停止している場合において、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定した時は、前記フィルタの再生制御を再開する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定した時点からの前記車両の走行距離を算出すると共に、算出した該走行距離が所定の走行距離に達した時に、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定する請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定した後に前記車両のイグニッションがOFFにされた場合は、このOFFにされた時点までに算出した車両の走行距離を記憶すると共に、その後にイグニッションがONにされると、新たに算出される車両の走行距離からイグニッションOFFにされた時点までに算出して記憶した車両の走行距離を減算して得られる走行距離が前記所定の走行距離に達した時に前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定する請求項3に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
