Claims (2)
- 車両に搭載される内燃機関の排気浄化装置であって、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、排気上流側から順に酸化触媒と排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタとを配置した排気後処理装置と、
前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給する燃料供給手段と、
前記燃料供給手段により前記酸化触媒に燃料を供給させて前記フィルタの再生を制御すると共に、前記車両の走行距離に基づいて、前記酸化触媒の温度を高温状態に維持して前記フィルタを再生できる再生可能状態にあるか否かを判定する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタの再生制御中に、フィルタ再生開始からの燃料供給量の積算値が所定の閾値以上となった時には、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定し、前記再生制御を停止し、
その後、前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定した時点からの前記車両の走行距離を算出し、算出した該走行距離が所定の走行距離に達した時、前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定し、前記再生制御を再開することを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記フィルタを再生可能状態にないと判定した後に前記車両のイグニッションがOFFにされた場合は、このOFFにされた時点までに算出した車両の走行距離を記憶すると共に、その後にイグニッションがONにされると、イグニッションOFFにされた時点までに算出して記憶した走行距離から走行距離の算出を開始し、イグニッションON後に算出される走行距離が前記所定の走行距離に達した時に前記フィルタを再生可能状態にあると判定する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
