Abstract
【解決手段】 オゾンガスを発生するオゾン発生器と、前記オゾンガスと液体を混合する気液混合器と、導入される気液混合液を気液分離する貯液槽と、オゾン発生器と気液混合器と貯液槽との間に気体を循環させる循環経路を備えるオゾン液発生装置であって、前記オゾン発生器のオゾン発生電極は、金属体円柱シャフトと誘電体の中空管とを同心円状に配置して構成された電極であることを特徴とする。

Description
ここで、図3に示すように、比較例としてオゾン発生電極3a、3bを用いて、上記と同じ方法でオゾンガスを循環させ、オゾンガスの濃度を測定した。図3(a)に示すオゾン発生電極3aは、内側電極管として金属体コイル31を用いた以外はオゾン発生電極2と同じである。また、図3(b)に示すオゾン発生電極3bは、対向電極方式であり、面状電極32上に誘電体33が積層され、誘電体33の上面に線状電極34が設けられている沿面放電式のオゾン発生電極である。

Claims (4)
- オゾンガスを発生するオゾン発生手段と、
前記オゾンガスと液体を混合し、オゾン液を生成する気液混合手段と、
前記オゾン液を気液分離する貯液槽と、
オゾン発生手段と気液混合手段と貯液槽との間に気体を循環させる循環経路を備えるオゾン液生成装置であって、
前記オゾン発生手段のオゾン発生電極は、金属体円柱シャフトと誘電体の中空管とを同心円状に配置して構成された電極であることを特徴とするオゾン液生成装置。 - 前記オゾン液生成装置は、除湿手段を有さないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のオゾン液生成装置。
- 前記金属体円柱シャフトは、その表面に耐オゾン性及び/または耐食性のコーティングを施していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のオゾン液生成装置。
- 前記コーティングに用いられる材料は、ガラス、酸化膜、フッ素のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のオゾン液生成装置。
