Abstract
【解決手段】外輪11の軌道溝12と内輪21の軌道溝22間にボール31を組込み、そのボール31を保持器40で保持する。外輪軌道溝12および内輪軌道溝22のそれぞれ両側に形成された合計4つの肩13a、13b、23a、23bのうち、外輪11の一側の肩13aおよび内輪21の他側の肩23bの高さを残りの肩13b、23aより高くし、高さの高い肩13a、23bでスラスト力を支持してボール31の肩13a、23bへの乗り上げを防止する。保持器40を内外に嵌合される第1分割保持器41と第2分割保持器42で形成する。第2分割保持器42の一側部にフランジ53を設け、そのフランジ53と外輪11の高さの高い肩13aの内径面および内輪21の高さの低い肩23aの外径面間に微小間隙54を形成して、軸受内部に異物が侵入するのを抑制する。

Claims (8)
- 外輪の内径面に形成された軌道溝と、内輪の外径面に形成された軌道溝間にボールを組み込み、そのボールを保持器で保持し、前記外輪軌道溝の両側に形成された一対の肩および内輪軌道溝の両側に形成された一対の肩の合計4つの肩のうち、外輪軌道溝の一側の肩および内輪軌道溝の他側の肩の肩高さを、外輪軌道溝の他側の肩および内輪軌道溝の一側の肩の高さより高くし、その高さの高い肩の肩高さをH1、ボールの球径をdとしたとき、ボールの球径dに対する肩高さH1の比率H1/dが0.25〜0.50の範囲とし、前記保持器を、ボール保持用のポケットを軸方向の一側部に有する第1分割保持器と、その第1分割保持器の内側に嵌合され、ボール保持用のポケットを軸方向の他側部に有する第2分割保持器とで形成し、その第1分割保持器と第2分割保持器とを連結手段により連結して軸方向に非分離とした深みぞ玉軸受において、
前記第2分割保持器の軸方向一側部に、外輪の肩高さの高い肩の内径面および内輪の肩高さの低い肩の外径面間に微小間隙を形成するフランジを設けたことを特徴とする深みぞ玉軸受。 - 前記第1分割保持器および第2分割保持器のそれぞれが、合成樹脂の成形品からなる請求項1に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリアミド樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂が、ポリアミド46、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド9Tのうちの一種からなる請求項3に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記合成樹脂が、ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる請求項2に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- 前記第1分割保持器および第2分割保持器のそれぞれが、軟鋼からなる請求項1に記載の深みぞ玉軸受。
- ヘリカルギヤが設けられたシャフトを油浴に一部が浸かる一対の転がり軸受で回転自在に支持した軸受装置において、
前記一対の転がり軸受が、請求項1乃至7のいずれかの項に記載の深みぞ玉軸受からなることを特徴とする軸受装置。
