Claims (4)

  1. アクセルペダル(１２)の左右の側面を挟持する一対の挟持アーム(２４)と、
    この挟持アーム(２４)のアクセルペダル(１２)に対する挟持力を保持する挟持ばね(２６)と、
    アクセルペダル(１２)の可動範囲で挟持アーム(２４)の外側面を囲んで往復移動範囲を規定するガイドフレーム(３２)と、
    前記挟持アーム(２４)に連結されて前記挟持アーム(２４)の往復移動によりアクセルを開閉するアクセルワイヤ(２０)と、
    挟持アーム(２４)をアクセルべダルの上死点まで復帰させるための弾力を加える戻しばね(２２)と、
    前記上死点から下死点までのアクセル作動範囲を越えて前記挟持アーム(２４)が移動したとき、前記挟持アーム(２４)と衝突し、前記一対の挟持アーム(２４)の間に割り込んで挟持アーム(２４)の間隔を広げるガイド爪(２８)と、
    前記挟持アーム(２４)の間隔が広がって前記アクセルペダル(１２)を挟持する挟持力が解放されたときに、前記アクセルペダル(１２)が前記下死点を越えて移動する方向に配置されて、前記アクセルペダル(１２)により押圧されてブレーキを作動させる非常ブレーキペダル(１４)を備えたことを特徴とするアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置。
  2. 請求項１に記載のアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置において、
    前記非常ブレーキペダル(１４)は、自動車本体のブレーキペダルと連結するリンク(３４)を備え、その連結部(３６)には、自動車の床面に一端を固定した支持軸(４０)が挿入されていることを特徴とするアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置。
  3. 請求項１または２に記載のアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置において、
    一端を非常ブレーキペダル(１４)に回転軸５２を介して接続され、中間を第一支点(４２)により支持された第一アーム(４４)と、一端を本体のブレーキペダル(５０)に回転軸５４を介して接続され、中間を第二支点(４６)により支持された第二アーム(４８)とが、それぞれ他端を相互に連結し、この連結を維持した状態で屈曲とアームの長手方向の相対移動を許容する自在連結部５６で連結されていることを特徴とするアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置。
  4. 請求項１乃至３のいずれかに記載のアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置において、
    前記非常ブレーキペダル(１４)の操作によりブレーキランプとハザードランプを点灯させるスイッチを設けたことを特徴とするアクセルペダル誤操作防止装置。
