Abstract
【解決手段】酢酸および杜仲加工物を含有する経口組成物である。また、杜仲加工物を酢酸の臭気と接触させることを特徴とする酢酸の消臭方法、および酢酸を杜仲加工物の臭気と接触させることを特徴とする杜仲加工物の消臭方法である。

Description
実施例で使用する「杜仲葉エキス粉末」は以下の方法により製造した。
杜仲の生葉5kgを、日本茶製造用の送帯蒸機により110℃で90秒間蒸熱した。生葉を送帯蒸し機の投入口から機内に投入し、コンベヤ上を移動する間に上下スチーム供給装置からスチームを当て、110℃で90秒間蒸熱した。
次にこの蒸熱後の杜仲葉を、揉捻機を用いて30分間揉捻した後、揉捻物を乾燥機を用いて80℃で5時間、水分量を5%以下に乾燥させた。その後、炒葉機(IR−10SP型:寺田製作所)を用いて110℃で30分間焙煎した。
焙煎した杜仲茶葉1kgを90℃の熱水15kgに投入し、90℃で30分間抽出し14kg得た。その後150メッシュのフィルターを用いて濾過し、濾液を5℃に冷却し一晩放置した。上澄み液を取り出し、減圧下50℃で濾液を濃縮し1kg得た。濃縮液をクボタ株式会社製、遠心分離器で処理し、1800rpmの回転速度により遠心分離により沈殿物を除去し、得られた上澄み液を加熱殺菌(85℃、2時間)し、杜仲葉水抽出エキスを得た。当該濃縮エキス液をスプレードライ法により乾燥し、杜仲葉エキス粉末(300g)を得た。
ガラススクリューバイアル中において、表1に記載の割合で、酢粉末(サンライフ株式会社、禄豊香酢粉末(シクロデキストリン50重量%、酢酸約4.6重量%含有))および製造例で製造した杜仲葉エキス粉末を、臭気評価のために水10mlに懸濁させて、酢酸臭および杜仲臭をそれぞれ10段階で評価した。具体的には、被験者10名に懸濁液を嗅いでもらい、「10」は臭気を不快に感じない状態、「0」は臭気を不快に感じる状態とした1刻みの評価スケールを用いて、酢酸および杜仲加工物のそれぞれの臭いについて評価した。評価は被験者10名の合計点にもとづいて行なった。
表2および3に記載の割合で、液剤(飲料)およびソフトカプセル剤を常法に従い作製した。当該液剤およびカプセル剤についても、実施例と同様に酢酸臭、杜仲臭をともに抑制できた。なお、処方例11〜20において使用した「禄豊香酢粉末」および「酢粉末」は、いずれも賦形剤としてシクロデキストリンを50重量%含有したものであった。
