Description
杜仲の生葉5kgを、日本茶製造用の送帯蒸機により110℃で90秒間蒸熱した。生葉を送帯蒸し機の投入口から機内に投入し、コンベヤ上を移動する間に上下スチーム供給装置からスチームを当て、110℃で90秒間蒸熱した。次にこの蒸熱後の杜仲葉を、揉捻機を用いて30分間揉捻した後、揉捻物を乾燥機を用いて80℃で5時間、水分量を5%以下に乾燥させた。その後、炒葉機(IR−10SP型:寺田製作所社製)を用いて110℃で30分間焙煎した。焙煎した杜仲茶葉1kgを90℃の熱水15kgに投入し、90℃で30分間抽出し14kg得た。その後150メッシュのフィルターを用いて濾過し、濾液を5℃に冷却し一晩放置した。上澄み液を取り出し、減圧下50℃で濾液を濃縮し1kg得た。濃縮液をクボタ株式会社製、遠心分離器で処理し、1800rpmの回転速度により遠心分離により沈殿物を除去し、得られた上澄み液を加熱殺菌(85℃、2時間)し、杜仲葉水抽出エキスを得た。当該濃縮エキス液をスプレードライ法により乾燥し、杜仲葉エキス粉末(300g)を得た。
製造例1で得た杜仲加工物、および金時生姜加工物(金時ショウガ末:香栄興業(株))を使用し、表1に記載の割合で混合した。
パネラー5名が粉末混合物における杜仲の香りの強さを以下に示す基準に基づいて5段階で判定し、その結果(5名の平均値)を表1に記載した。

なお、表1〜3における改善率(%)は、下記式に従って算出した。
改善率(%)=100×各実施例の香りの強さ/対応する比較例の香りの強さ
下記の原料を、表2〜3の配合で混合し、造粒後、800kgfの打圧で打錠した。実施例8〜11においては、錠剤に、アルコールに溶解したシェラックを噴霧し乾燥させることによりコーティングし、コーティングされた錠剤を得た。
金時ショウガ末:香栄興業(株)(金時生姜の根茎を乾燥後、粉砕し粉末化したもの)

パネラー5名が、錠剤における杜仲の香りの強さを、実施例1〜7及び比較例1と同様に5段階で判定し、その結果(5名の平均値)を表2〜3に記載した。
実施例9及び比較例2の錠剤の最大崩壊時間を、日本薬局方に従い測定した。具体的には、試験液として37±2℃に保たれた水を崩壊性試験器のガラス管に分注し、6個の錠剤試料を一つずつ入れ、試験器の上下運動を行った。ガラス管内に試料を認めないか、又は認めても皮膜若しくは海綿状の物質であるか、若しくは軟質の物質若しくは泥状の物質がわずかになった時点を崩壊時間とみなした。最大崩壊時間の測定結果を表4に記載した。
以下の処方で、各組成物を常法にしたがって作製した結果、いずれの組成物においても生姜科植物加工物による杜仲加工物の香りの増強効果が確認できた。また、処方例1〜10の錠剤においては、崩壊性の向上が確認できた。
Claims (4)
- 杜仲加工物および生姜科植物加工物を含有する経口組成物(ただし、生薬の茯苓、地黄、牛膝、防風、芍薬、桂皮、甘草、細辛、当帰、川きゅう、唐独活、桑寄生、党参、杜仲、秦ぎょう、及び生姜からの抽出物からなる鎮痛作用を有する漢方薬、および呉茱萸3−12重量部、人参3−12重量部、沢瀉3−12重量部、杜仲10−20重量部、生姜2−15重量部、及び大棗5−20重量部を含有する高血圧改善用漢方薬を除く)。
- 錠剤である請求項1に記載の経口組成物。
- 杜仲加工物に生姜科植物加工物を混合する工程を含む、杜仲の香りの増強方法。
- 杜仲加工物に生姜科植物加工物を配合する工程を含む、杜仲加工物を含有する錠剤の崩壊性向上方法。
