Claims (14)
- アマルガム球が30〜70質量%の水銀含量を有するスズアマルガムを含有することを特徴とする、蛍光ランプ用のアマルガム球。
- 前記球が、水銀とアマルガムを形成する金属粉末又は合金粉末でコーティングされている、請求項1記載のアマルガム球。
- 前記粉末粒子が100μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項2記載のアマルガム球。
- 金属粉末又は合金粉末が、スズ、亜鉛又はスズの合金もしくは亜鉛の合金からなる、請求項3記載のアマルガム球。
- アマルガム球がそれらの質量を基準として、1〜10質量%の量で金属粉末又は合金粉末でコーティングされている、請求項4記載のアマルガム球。
- アマルガム球が追加的に0.001〜1質量%の量の金属酸化物の粉末でコーティングされている、請求項5記載のアマルガム球。
- 金属粉末又は合金粉末が、スズ又はスズ合金からなる、請求項6記載のアマルガム球。
- 金属粉末又は合金粉末が、スズと銀及び銅との合金からなる、請求項7記載のアマルガム球。
- 前記球が50〜2000μmの直径を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のアマルガム球。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアマルガム球を製造するにあたり、
前記アマルガムを完全に溶融させ、溶融物を、前記アマルガムの凝固温度未満の温度を有する冷却媒体中へ滴下し、引き続き、形成されたアマルガム球を冷却媒体から分離する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアマルガム球の製造方法。 - 冷却媒体として、鉱油、有機油又は合成油を使用する、請求項10記載の方法。
- アマルガム球を、冷却媒体から分離した後に脱脂し、かつ、前記球の粘着がもはや確認不可能になるまで、室温で絶えず転がしながら、水銀とアマルガムを形成する金属粉末又は合金粉末でまぶす、請求項11記載の方法。
- アマルガム球をさらなる工程において、絶えず転がしながら金属酸化物の粉末で追加的にコーティングする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 蛍光ランプを製造するための、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアマルガム球の使用。
