Abstract
【解決手段】 タンク100内に燃料ガスGを充填する充填口6と、タンク100内の燃料ガスGを出力する出力口7とを有するバルブ本体5と、充填口6から充填される燃料ガスGをタンク100の軸方向に対して所定角度傾けて噴出する噴流偏向ピース10とを備え、噴流偏向ピース10は、燃料ガスGをタンク100内に噴出する噴出口11を有する燃料噴出部17と、タンク100内に充填される燃料ガスGの温度を計測する温度センサ20が配置される温度計測部13とを備えている。

Claims (8)
- タンク内に燃料ガスを充填する充填口と前記タンク内の燃料ガスを出力する出力口とを有するバルブ本体と、
前記充填口から充填される燃料ガスをタンクの軸方向に対して所定角度傾けて噴出する噴流偏向ピースと、を備えた燃料タンク用バルブであって、
前記噴流偏向ピースは、燃料ガスを前記タンク内に噴出する噴出口を有する燃料噴出部と、前記タンク内に充填される燃料ガスの温度を計測する温度センサが配置される温度計測部と、を備えていることを特徴とする燃料タンク用バルブ。 - 前記噴流偏向ピースは、前記燃料噴出部から充填する燃料ガスの一部を前記温度計測部に導く導通路を有している請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
- 前記噴流偏向ピースは、前記温度計測部と前記燃料噴出部との間に隔壁部を有し、
前記導通路は、前記燃料噴出部から充填する燃料ガスが前記温度センサに直接当らない位置に設けられている請求項2に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。 - 前記噴流偏向ピースは、前記タンクの内面に沿って燃料ガスを噴射するように噴流偏向ピースの側面に前記噴出口を有している請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
- 前記噴出口は、前記タンクの軸方向と直交する方向に対して、前記充填口に通じる充填穴を中心に周方向に所定角度振って燃料ガスを噴出するように形成されている請求項4に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
- 前記噴流偏向ピースは、前記出力口に通じる出力穴と、該出力穴から前記出力口に出力する燃料ガス中の異物を除去するフィルタを具備している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
- 前記バルブ本体は、前記噴流偏向ピースとの接合面に前記出力口に出力する燃料ガス中の異物を除去するフィルタを具備している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
- 前記バルブ本体は、前記タンクの内部に配置される開閉弁の弁取付部を有し、
前記噴流偏向ピースは、前記弁取付部に取付けた開閉弁に外嵌する開口部を有している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンク用バルブ。
