Abstract
【解決手段】駆動ギアを備えた入力軸と、第1被動ギア及び第2被動ギアと、前記入力軸に平行に配置された第1駆動軸と、前記入力軸に平行に配置された第2駆動軸と、前記第1駆動軸と第2駆動軸に平行に配置された出力軸と、前記出力軸に備えられた多数の変速被動ギアにそれぞれ噛み合って各変速段をなすように前記第1駆動軸及び第2駆動軸にそれぞれ備えられた多数の変速駆動ギアと、前記多数の変速駆動ギアをそれぞれ前記第1駆動軸または第2駆動軸に同期して噛み合わせるように備えられた多数の同期装置と、前記第1駆動軸と第2駆動軸及び出力軸に平行な回転軸に配置され、前記駆動ギアに動力を提供する電気モーターと、を含んでなることを特徴とする。

Description
従来の駆動系のうち、効率が最も優れた変速機は手動変速機であり、これに基づくダブルクラッチ変速機(DCT:Double Clutch Transmission)も伝達効率が一般ATまたはCVTに比べて優れている。従って、このように効率に優れたDCTに電気モーターを組み合わせたハイブリッド型の変速機を構成すれば、現在の内燃機関車両の燃費を一層改善させることができる。
すなわち、エンジン27とは別に駆動力を提供する電気モーター25を、第1駆動軸11、第2駆動軸15及び出力軸17に平行、かつ互いに隣接して最大に重畳するように配置することで、結果としてこれらの中で最長のものの長さ範囲内の四角形内にこれらすべての構成要素が配置されるようにするものであり、変速機構と電気モーターがなす軸方向の長さをできるだけ短く構成したものである。
駆動ギア1を備えた入力軸3にはメインクラッチ31を介してエンジン27が連結される。結果として電気モーター25の回転軸は図3の実施例ではエンジン27と同心軸を成して配置された状態であり、図4の実施例では平行ではあるが同心軸を成していない配置状態を意味するものである。
第1駆動軸11には、通常のDCT構成と同様の奇数段の変速段を具現する奇数段の変速駆動ギア21が備えられ、第2駆動軸15には偶数段の変速段を具現する多数の偶数段の変速駆動ギア21が備えられ、後進駆動ギア35は第2駆動軸15に備えられてアイドルギア37を介して出力軸17の後進被動ギア39を駆動するようになっている。
図5の実施例はFR(Front Engine Rear Drive)車両に搭載可能なハイブリッドパワートレーンを示すもので、出力軸17には推進軸45が連結され、推進軸45には後輪差動装置47が連結されて、後方の駆動輪を駆動できるようになっている。
図6はエンジン27からの駆動力によって1速走行がなされる状況を説明するもので、電気モーター25は駆動されていない状態である。
すなわち、エンジン27からの動力はメインクラッチ31を介して入力軸3の駆動ギア1を駆動し、駆動ギア1の動力は第1被動ギア5及び第2被動ギア7に同時に供給される。第1クラッチ9が連結されることで第1被動ギア5の回転力は第1駆動軸11を回転させる。同期装置23が1速の変速駆動ギア21を第1駆動軸11に同期して噛み合わせた状態であるため、第1駆動軸11の動力は1速の変速駆動ギア21と変速被動ギア19を介して出力軸17を回転させ、1速の動力が出力軸17を通じて出力される。
図8は図7の駆動状態でメインクラッチ31を遮断してエンジン27を停止させた状態を示すものである。電気モーター25から提供される動力だけで1速の変速がなされ出力軸17を駆動する状況を示すものであり、純粋の電気車モードの走行がなされる。
その他の変速段への変速または動力の流れは従来の手動変速機やDCTの場合と同様であるので省略する。

- 駆動ギア(1)を備えた入力軸(3)と、
前記駆動ギア(1)にそれぞれ噛み合う第1被動ギア(5)及び第2被動ギア(7)と、
前記第1被動ギア(5)と第1クラッチ(9)を備え、前記入力軸(3)に平行に配置された第1駆動軸(11)と、
前記第2被動ギア(7)と第2クラッチ(13)を備え、前記入力軸(3)に平行に配置された第2駆動軸(15)と、
前記第1駆動軸(11)と第2駆動軸(15)に平行に配置された出力軸(17)と、
前記出力軸(17)に備えられた多数の変速被動ギア(19)にそれぞれ噛み合って各変速段をなすように前記第1駆動軸(11)及び第2駆動軸(15)にそれぞれ備えられた多数の変速駆動ギア(21)と、
前記多数の変速駆動ギア(21)をそれぞれ前記第1駆動軸(11)または第2駆動軸(15)に同期して噛み合わせるように備えられた多数の同期装置(23)と、
前記第1駆動軸(11)、第2駆動軸(15)及び出力軸(17)に平行な回転軸に配置され、前記駆動ギア(1)に動力を提供する電気モーター(25)と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする車両のハイブリッドパワートレーン。 - 前記電気モーター(25)、第1駆動軸(11)、第2駆動軸(15)及び出力軸(17)は互いに最大に重畳してこれらの中で最長のものの範囲内に配置され、
前記電気モーター(25)の回転軸、前記第1駆動軸(11)、第2駆動軸(15)及び出力軸(17)は4角形を成して配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のハイブリッドパワートレーン。 - 前記電気モーター(25)と前記駆動ギア(1)は、入力軸(3)上に一体的に結合されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のハイブリッドパワートレーン。
- 前記電気モーター(25)の回転軸にはピニオン(29)が結合され、
前記ピニオン(29)は前記駆動ギア(1)に噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のハイブリッドパワートレーン。 - 前記駆動ギア(1)を備えた入力軸(3)にはメインクラッチ(31)を介してエンジン(27)が連結されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のハイブリッドパワートレーン。
