技术领域
本发明大体上涉及一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,并且更加具体而言,涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系的结构,其使用了双离合器变速器(DCT)。
背景技术
为了应对油价的升高,并且应对最近增加的关于环境中的CO2的法规,存在进一步改善车辆的燃料效率的实际需要。就当前而言,为了应对这样的需要,改善起到动力传输作用的驱动系统的效率以及改善内装式发动机的效率可能是最为实际的方式。
在常规的驱动系统中最高效的变速器是手动变速器。由于基于这种手动变速器设计的双离合器变速器(DCT)的传输效率要优于自动变速器(AT)或无级变速器(CVT)的传输效率,所以如果能够设计一种混合类型的变速器,在该混合类型的变速器中这种高效的DCT和电动马达组合在一起,那么当前可用的内装式发动机的燃料效率能够进一步改善。
然而,在常规的混合动力传动系具有的结构中,如图1中所示,电动马达504插入到发动机500和变速器502之间,从而使得图1中所示的变速器的长度变得比常规的AT或CVT的长度更长,这是因为常规的DCT的结构大体上为两个离合器在轴向方向上以重叠的方式布置。这样的结构使得发动机500和变速器的安装空间的整体长度更加长,因此减小了其安装到车辆中的可能。

发明内容
因此,本发明主要是为了解决相关技术中出现的上述问题,并且本发明提供一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其使用双离合器变速器(DCT)从而进一步改善车辆的燃料效率,并获得运动型变速器,且避免其整体长度太长,因此有效地确保其能够安装到车辆中。
本发明的各个方面提供一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其包括:具有驱动齿轮的输入轴;分别与所述驱动齿轮相啮合的第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮;第一驱动轴,该第一驱动轴借助于第一离合器而同心地连接至所述第一从动齿轮,从而使其布置为平行于所述输入轴;第二驱动轴,该第二驱动轴借助于第二离合器而同心地连接至所述第二从动齿轮,从而使其布置为平行于所述输入轴;输出轴,该输出轴布置为平行于所述第一驱动轴和第二驱动轴;多个变速器驱动齿轮,所述多个变速器驱动齿轮分别设置在所述第一驱动轴和第二驱动轴上,使得所述多个变速器驱动齿轮分别与所述输出轴上设置的多个变速器从动齿轮相啮合,从而获得多级速度;多个同步装置,所述同步装置使所述多个变速器驱动齿轮与所述第一驱动轴或所述第二驱动轴同步地啮合;以及电动马达,该电动马达具有与所述第一驱动轴、第二驱动轴以及输出轴平行布置的转轴,从而供应动力至所述驱动齿轮。

参考图2所示,根据本发明的各个实施方式的用于车辆的混合动力传动系包括:具有驱动齿轮1的输入轴3;分别与驱动齿轮1啮合的第一从动齿轮5和第二从动齿轮7;第一驱动轴11,其借助于第一离合器9而同心地连接至第一从动齿轮5,从而其布置为与输入轴3平行;第二驱动轴15,其借助于第二离合器13而同心地连接至第二从动齿轮7,从而其布置为与输入轴3平行;输出轴17,其布置为与第一驱动轴11和第二驱动轴15平行;多个变速器驱动齿轮21,其分别设置在第一驱动轴11和第二驱动轴15上,使得其分别与输出轴17上设置的多个变速器从动齿轮19相啮合,因而获得多级速度;多个同步装置23,其能够使多个变速器驱动齿轮21与第一驱动轴11或第二驱动轴15同步地啮合;以及电动马达25,其具有与第一驱动轴11、第二驱动轴15及输出轴17平行地布置的转轴,从而供应动力至驱动齿轮1。
电动马达25、第一驱动轴11、第二驱动轴15以及输出轴17尽可能地彼此重叠,从而使它们布置在它们之中的最长轴所限定的范围内。电动马达25的转轴、第一驱动轴11、第二驱动轴15以及输出轴17布置为矩形结构。
也就是说,设置为提供动力和驱动力的远离发动机27的电动马达布置为使其邻近第一驱动轴11、第二驱动轴15以及输出轴17而重叠,同时与它们平行,从而使得所有前述元件布置在由它们之中的最长元件所限定的范围内,因此尽最大可能地缩短了变速器机构和电动马达的轴向长度。

图3和图4以图2中的结构的侧视图显示了各个转轴的布置情况。在图3中,电动马达25的转轴与具有驱动齿轮1的输入轴3整体地联接,并且相对于其是同心的。可以理解的是,该转轴可以与该输入轴一体地形成。在图4中,小齿轮29联接至电动马达25的转轴,从而使其与驱动齿轮1相啮合,这意味着电动马达25的转轴和驱动齿轮1可以布置为相对于彼此是同心的或者非同心的方式。
根据各个实施方式,发动机27通过主离合器31而连接至具有驱动齿轮1的输入轴3,从而使得电动马达25的转轴同心地安装至发动机,或者电动马达25的转轴布置为与发动机平行而相对于发动机是非同心的方式。
在各个实施方式中,除了主离合器31之外,还有布置在发动机27和驱动齿轮1之间的减震器33,从而抵销发动机27的扭曲的振动。主离合器31如图中所示,其由减震器33的相对侧上的两个离合器组成,但是,其也可以由两个离合器中的任一个组成。
用于参考,相似于常规的DCT的结构,第一驱动轴11具有奇数个速度的变速器驱动齿轮21,从而提供奇数个速度,并且第二驱动轴15具有偶数个速度的变速器驱动齿轮21,从而提供偶数个速度。另外,反向驱动齿轮35设置在第二驱动轴15上,从而通过惰轮37而驱动输出轴17的反向从动齿轮39。
参考图2所示,在各个实施方式中,混合动力传动系可以安装到前置发动机前驱动(FF)车辆,其中输出轴17具有最终减速齿轮41,该最终减速齿轮41与前轮差动齿轮43相啮合,从而驱动前轮。
参考图5所示,在各个实施方式中,混合动力传动系可以安装到前置发动机后驱动(FR)车辆,其中推进器轴45连接至输出轴17,并且后轮差动齿轮47连接至推进器轴45,从而驱动后轮。
图5中显示的实施方式的操作将参考图6至图8来进行描述。
图6显示了这样的状态,其中通过来自发动机27的驱动力而完成第一级速度,而电动马达25并没有被驱动。
也就是说,来自发动机27的动力通过主离合器31而驱动输入轴3的驱动齿轮1。来自驱动齿轮1的动力同时供应到第一从动齿轮5和第二从动齿轮7。随着第一离合器9的作用,第一从动齿轮5的旋转力使第一驱动轴11旋转。在同步装置23使得第一级速度的变速器驱动齿轮21与第一驱动轴11同步啮合的状态下,来自第一驱动轴11的动力通过第一级速度的变速器驱动齿轮21和变速器从动齿轮19而使输出轴17旋转,从而通过输出轴17输出第一级动力。
图7显示了在图6所示的驱动状态下额外地施加了由电动马达25产生的动力的情形。在此,除了随后操作之外,图7的操作与图6的操作相同。由于电动马达25的驱动力也被供应到驱动齿轮1,所以来自电动马达25的动力与来自发动机27的动力组合,所组合的动力速度改变为第一级速度并且从输出轴17输出。在此,这样的运行模式意味着混合运行模式,其可以在加速的时候使用,或者当车辆爬坡的时候使用。
图8显示了这样的状态,其中主离合器31脱离接合以停止图7所示的被驱动状态下的发动机27的操作,其中第一级速度改变仅通过来自电动马达25的动力而获得,从而驱动输出轴17。在这样的状态中,车辆在完全电动运行模式下被驱动。
速度改变或动力流动到其它变速器级与手动变速器或DCT中是一样的,所以将省略其描述。
同时,图9显示了使用根据本发明各个实施方式的动力传动系的四轮驱动的情况,其中前轮差动齿轮43和推进器轴45连接至输出轴17,并且后轮差动齿轮47连接至推进器轴45,从而使得前轮和后轮都被驱动。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语前或后等被用于参考在图中所示的示例性实施方式的特征的位置来对这些特征进行描述。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力传动系,包括:
具有驱动齿轮的输入轴;
分别与所述驱动齿轮相啮合的第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮;
第一驱动轴,该第一驱动轴通过第一离合器而同心地连接至所述第一从动齿轮,从而使所述第一驱动轴充分平行于所述输入轴;
第二驱动轴,该第二驱动轴通过第二离合器而同心地连接至所述第二从动齿轮,从而使所述第二驱动轴充分平行于所述输入轴;
输出轴,该输出轴充分平行于所述第一驱动轴和第二驱动轴;
多个变速器驱动齿轮,所述多个变速器驱动齿轮分别设置在所述第一驱动轴和第二驱动轴上,使得所述多个变速器驱动齿轮分别与所述输出轴上设置的多个变速器从动齿轮相啮合,从而获得多级速度;
多个同步装置,所述同步装置使所述多个变速器驱动齿轮与所述第一驱动轴或所述第二驱动轴同步地啮合;以及
电动马达,该电动马达具有与所述第一驱动轴、第二驱动轴以及输出轴充分平行的转轴,从而供应动力至所述驱动齿轮;
其中所述电动马达、所述第一驱动轴、所述第二驱动轴以及所述输出轴彼此重叠,从而被布置在所述第一驱动轴、所述第二驱动轴和所述输出轴中的最长轴所限定的长度内,并且其中,所述电动马达的转轴、所述第一驱动轴、所述第二驱动轴以及所述输出轴布置为矩形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述电动马达的转轴整体地联接至具有所述驱动齿轮的所述输入轴,并且相对于所述输入轴同心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中小齿轮能够操作地联接至所述电动马达的转轴,并且所述小齿轮与所述驱动齿轮相啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中发动机通过主离合器而能够操作地联接至具有所述驱动齿轮的所述输入轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中减震器插置在所述发动机和所述驱动齿轮之间,从而抵销所述发动机的扭曲的振动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中所述输出轴包括最终减速齿轮,该最终减速齿轮与前轮差动齿轮相啮合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中推进器轴能够操作地联接至所述输出轴,并且后轮差动齿轮能够操作地联接至所述推进器轴。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力传动系,其中前轮差动齿轮和推进器轴能够操作地联接至所述输出轴,并且后轮差动齿轮能够操作地联接至所述推进器轴。
