Abstract
【解決手段】拘束層3と、拘束層3に積層される補強層2とを備え、補強層2を厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板に貼着し、80℃で10分間加熱した後、90℃における1mm変位の曲げ強度が、厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板の90℃における1mm変位の曲げ強度に対して、2倍以上である。

Description
表1に示す配合処方において、各成分を質量部基準で配合して、120℃に予め加熱したミキシングロールで混練することにより、熱可塑性の粘着剤組成物の混練物を調製した。

ペトロセン208:商品名、ポリエチレン、物性:表2参照、東ソー社製
スミカセンF213P:商品名、ポリエチレン、物性:表2参照、住友化学社製
ノバテックLD LC720:商品名、ポリエチレン、物性:表2参照、日本ポリプロ社製
ペトロセン202:商品名、ポリエチレン、物性:表2参照、東ソー社製
ウィンテックWEG7T:商品名、ポリプロピレン、物性:表3参照、日本ポリプロ社製
サンアロマーPC480A:商品名、ポリプロピレン、物性:表3参照、サンアロマー社製

ポリプロピレンおよびポリエチレンの詳細をさらに表2および表3にそれぞれ示す。
得られた実施例1〜11および比較例1について、曲げ強度および粘着力を次のように評価した。
1)樹脂成形品用補強シートの曲げ強度
実施例1〜11および比較例1の樹脂成形品用補強シートを、厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板に、補強層とポリプロピレン板とが接触するように、貼着し、これらを80℃で10分間加熱して、それらを密着させて、積層体を得た。その後、乾燥機から取り出した積層板を、長さ150mm×幅25mmの大きさに外形加工して試験片を得た。
2)補強層の粘着力(初期粘着力および加熱後粘着力)
A.初期粘着力および加熱後粘着力(プライマー層なし)
実施例1〜11および比較例1において形成した補強層のみについて、剥離速度300mm/分でJIS Z0237(2009年)の90度ピール試験によって、ポリプロピレン板に対する次に述べる初期粘着力および加熱後粘着力をそれぞれ測定した。
(i) 初期粘着力(プライマー層なし)
まず、実施例1〜11および比較例1の補強層のみを、常温(25℃)でポリプロピレン板に貼着し、その後、ポリプロピレン板に対する補強層の粘着力(初期粘着力)を測定した。
(ii) 加熱後粘着力(プライマー層なし)
まず、実施例1〜11および比較例1の補強層のみを、常温(25℃)でポリプロピレン板に貼着し、次いで、それらを80℃で10分間加熱した後に、ポリプロピレン板に対する補強層の粘着力(加熱後粘着力)を測定した。
B.初期粘着力(プライマー層あり)
(i) 初期粘着力
まず、変性ポリプロピレンからなる厚み10μmのプライマー層をポリプロピレン板に設けた。

Claims (19)
- 拘束層と、前記拘束層に積層される補強層とを備える樹脂成形品用補強シートであって、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板に貼着し、80℃で10分間加熱した後、90℃における1mm変位の曲げ強度が、厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板の90℃における1mm変位の曲げ強度に対して、2倍以上であることを特徴とする、樹脂成形品用補強シート。 - 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板に貼着し、80℃で10分間加熱した後、60〜90℃における1mm変位の曲げ強度が、60〜90℃における厚み2.0mmのポリプロピレン板の1mm変位の曲げ強度に対して、3倍以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記補強層をポリプロピレン板に常温で貼着し、剥離速度300mm/分でJIS Z0237(2009年)の90度ピール試験により測定されるポリプロピレン板に対する粘着力が、3.0N/25mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記補強層をポリプロピレン板に常温で貼着し、80℃で10分間加熱後に、剥離速度300mm/分でJIS Z0237(2009年)の90度ピール試験により測定されるポリプロピレン板に対する粘着力が、10.0N/25mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記補強層が、熱可塑性の粘着剤組成物から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物が、共役ジエン類を含む単量体の重合体の水素添加物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物が、ポリオレフィンをさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記ポリオレフィンの配合割合が、前記水素添加物100質量部に対して、10〜200質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物が、粘着付与剤をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記粘着付与剤が、脂環族飽和炭化水素系樹脂を含有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 前記粘着付与剤の配合割合が、前記水素添加物100質量部に対して、40〜200質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シート。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シートを樹脂成形品に貼着することにより、前記樹脂成形品が補強されていることを特徴とする、樹脂成形品の補強構造。
- 前記樹脂成形品に貼着された前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを80℃以上に加熱して、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に密着させることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の樹脂成形品の補強構造。
- プライマー層を前記樹脂成形品に設けた後、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記プライマー層を介して前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の樹脂成形品の補強構造。
- 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを、予め、80℃以上に加熱し、次いで、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品の補強構造。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品用補強シートを樹脂成形品に貼着することにより、前記樹脂成形品を補強する工程
を備えていることを特徴とする、樹脂成形品の補強方法。 - 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートおよび/または前記樹脂成形品を80℃以上に加熱して、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に密着させる工程
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の樹脂成形品の補強方法。 - プライマー層を前記樹脂成形品に設ける工程
をさらに備え、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着する工程では、
前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記プライマー層を介して前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項16または17に記載の樹脂成形品の補強方法。 - 前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着する工程では、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを、予め、80℃以上に加熱し、次いで、前記樹脂成形品用補強シートを前記樹脂成形品に貼着することを特徴とする、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形品の補強方法。
