- 単独で照明灯の機能を行い、或いは、所定面積を有するモジュール固定板に複数個設けられ、所望の出力を出す照明器具を構成するのに使用されるLED型照明モジュールであって、
超音波融着によって放熱体の下面に固設され、LEDで発生する光を拡散又は透過させ、外部から流入する異質物と雨水の流入を防ぐ拡散透過板と、
放熱体の下面にネジで固設された状態で電源供給用コンバータの制御によって照明に必要な光を発生させるLED基板と、
ダイカストで本体の上面に複数の放熱棒が一体に突出形成され、下面には前記LED基板及び前記拡散透過板を設置するための設置溝が形成され、本体には複数の超音波融着突起通過孔が形成され、軽金属系合金を成形して構成され、前記LEDで発生する熱を放熱させる放熱体と、
前記拡散透過板と前記放熱体との機密を維持させる防水リングと、
軽金属系合金で放射状板に形成され、前記放熱体の本体と平行になるように前記放熱棒の中間部において多端に固設され、前記LEDで発生する熱を更に放熱させる複数の放熱板と、
蓋体を備える長方形筐体状になるように伝導性/高分子放熱樹脂材で射出成形され、前記放熱体の前記放熱棒の上部及び前記放熱板の上部にネジで着脱可能に固設され、その内部に内蔵される電源供給用コンバータで発生する熱及び前記LEDから前記放熱体と前記放熱板を通じて伝達される残熱の一部を放熱させる放熱型筐体と、
前記放熱型筐体の上面開口部の縁部と前記蓋体の下面との間に設けられ、外部から前記放熱型筐体の内部へ湿気を含む異質物が流入することを防ぐ防水パッキングと、
前記放熱型筐体に内蔵され、前記LED基板に設置されたLEDを駆動するための電源電圧を供給する電源供給用コンバータと、
を有すること特徴とするLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記拡散透過板は、ポリカーボネート又はポリメチルメタクリレートを射出成形して形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。
- 前記拡散透過板の内側の中央には、前記LEDで発生する熱によりアルミニウムで成形された前記LED基板が熱膨張され、前記放熱体の下面で前記拡散透過板側へ突出変形することを防ぐための基板変形防止棒が更に突出成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。
- 前記放熱体の前記放熱棒は、円柱状又は円錐状を有するように成形され、
円柱状の放熱棒には、前記放熱型筐体をネジで着脱可能に設置するためのネジ結合孔が形成され、
円錐状を有する放熱棒のうち、一部の放熱棒の中間部には、前記複数の放熱板のうち最下段に位置する放熱板を支持するための放熱板支持部が形成され、
円錐状を有する放熱棒のうち、残りの放熱棒の上部には、前記複数の放熱板のうち上段に位置する放熱板を支持する放熱板支持部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記放熱板には、直径が異なる複数の放熱棒及び支持棒のための通過孔及び通過溝が穿孔され、
前記放熱型筐体の下面において、前記放熱棒のうち円錐状の放熱棒に対応する位置には、前記放熱棒支持部によって支持された複数の放熱板の上面を各々支持して、前記放熱板が所定間隔を維持したまま、前記放熱体の前記放熱棒と前記放熱型筐体との間に固定された状態を維持するための複数の放熱板支持棒が2つ以上の高さで突出成形され、
前記放熱棒のうち円柱状の放熱棒に対応する位置には、ネジで前記放熱型筐体を前記放熱体の前記放熱棒に一体に固定するための一対のネジ結合片とネジ通過孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記放熱棒のうち、前記放熱型筐体のネジ通過孔を通じてネジ結合する2つの円柱状の放熱棒は、他の放熱棒よりも高く形成され、
前記2つの円柱状の放熱棒と接触する、前記放熱型筐体の下面には、前記放熱棒の端部の一部が挿入され、前記放熱型筐体が回転しないようにする放熱棒挿入溝が更に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記放熱体及び前記放熱板を形成する軽金属系合金は、熱拡散係数が1.3〜1.4cm2/secで、熱伝導度が60〜90W/mKで、密度が1.8±0.3g/cm3で、溶融温度が595℃で、比熱が1.02〜1.05J/gKであるマグネシウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。
- 前記放熱型筐体を含む蓋体を形成する伝導性/高分子放熱樹脂材は、熱拡散係数が0.75〜0.8cm2/secで、熱伝導度が90〜150W/mKで、密度が1.4±0.2g/cm3で、溶融温度が105〜160℃で、比熱が1.1±0.4J/gKである炭素ナノチューブ(CNT)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。
- 前記放熱型筐体の蓋体の上面中央には、絶縁機能と接着機能を同時に有する接着剤によって、らせん状ソケット結合具が一体固設されており、
前記らせん状ソケット結合具は、前記電源供給用コンバータに交流電圧を供給し、前記LED型照明モジュールを単一の照明灯として一般電球のようにソケットにねじ結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記放熱体の縁部には、所定間隔で又は各角にネジ結合溝が更に穿孔され、
前記ネジ結合溝は、前記モジュール固定板に穿孔された放熱体通過孔に前記放熱体を挿入した状態で前記放熱体通過孔の縁部において前記放熱体の本体をネジで固定し、又は、所定形状を有するソケット結合用通風支持具をネジで前記放熱体の本体に固定するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 複数のLED型照明モジュールが固設された前記モジュール固定板の上面には、所定形状を有するソケット結合用通風支持具が固設され、
前記複数のLED型照明モジュールが一体に固設されたモジュール固定板は、一般電球と同様に、照明器具にねじ結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。 - 前記放熱型筐体の両側面の下部には、平断面がコ字形状である固定具結合具が更に突出成形され、
複数のLED型照明モジュールを前記モジュール固定板に固設して照明器具を製作する時、所定形状の弾性固定具を前記固定具結合具に結合し、或いは、前記LED型照明モジュールの光照射角度を調節するために光角度調節手段を前記固定具結合具に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED型照明モジュール。
