Abstract
【解決手段】
センタ装置300と電気自動車100と電気自動車内の蓄電池部を充電する充電装置200とが電力線800で接続され、センタ装置は、発電量と使用電力量との情報を取得する情報取得手段302と、情報取得手段により取得された情報に基づいて電気自動車内の蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を判断する判断手段304と、判断手段により判断された充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を通信により指示する送信手段302とを備え、充電装置は、送信手段からの指示を受信する受信手段203と、受信手段の指示に基づいて電気自動車内の蓄電池部への充電電流を遮断又は電流減少させる電流制限手段204とを備える。

Description
本発明の課題は、電気自動車の蓄電池に直接充電電流を流すとともに充電料金をより安価にすることができる電気自動車充電システム及び電気自動車充電装置を提供することにある。
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る電気自動車充電システムの構成を示すブロック図である。この電気自動車充電システムは、電気自動車100a,100b、充電装置200a,200b、センタ装置300を有する電力会社、発電所400、太陽光発電システム500a,500b、風力発電600、および複数の負荷700a,700b,700cがスマートグリッド(smart grid; 知的な電力網)からなる電力線800及び通信線で接続されて構成されている。
センタ装置300は、電力の需要および供給の制御、複数の負荷700a〜700cに対する課金などの処理を行う。このセンタ装置300については、後に詳細に説明する。

Claims (12)
- センタ装置と電気自動車と該電気自動車内の蓄電池部を充電する充電装置とが電力線で接続された電気自動車充電システムであって、
前記センタ装置は、
発電量と使用電力量との情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記情報取得手段により取得された情報に基づいて前記電気自動車内の前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段により判断された前記充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を通信により指示する送信手段とを備え、
前記充電装置は、
前記送信手段からの指示を受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段の指示に基づいて前記電気自動車内の前記蓄電池部への充電電流を遮断又は電流減少させる電流制限手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気自動車充電システム。 - 前記充電装置は、前記電気自動車の所有者の地域情報と前記充電装置の所在情報とに基づいて充電電流の減少量を決定する充電電流決定手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記充電装置の前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車が予め設定された車種業種である場合、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記充電装置の前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車の前記蓄電池部の電池残量が予め設定された一定値以下である場合には、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- センタ装置と電気自動車と該電気自動車内の蓄電池部を充電する充電装置とが電力線で接続された電気自動車充電システムであって、
発電量と使用電力量との情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記情報取得手段により取得された情報に基づいて前記電気自動車内の前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段の判断結果に基づいて前記電気自動車内の前記蓄電池部への充電電流を遮断又は電流減少させる電流制限手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気自動車充電システム。 - 前記電気自動車の所有者の地域情報と前記充電装置の所在情報とに基づいて充電電流の減少量を決定する充電電流決定手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車が予め設定された車種業種である場合、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車の前記蓄電池部の電池残量が予め設定された一定値以下である場合には、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 発電量と使用電力量との情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記情報取得手段により取得された情報に基づいて電気自動車内の蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は電流減少を判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段の判断結果に基づいて前記電気自動車内の前記蓄電池部への充電電流を遮断又は電流減少させる電流制限手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする電気自動車充電装置。 - 前記電気自動車の所有者の地域情報と前記蓄電池部への充電を行う充電装置の所在情報とに基づいて充電電流の減少量を決定する充電電流決定手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車が予め設定された車種業種である場合、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記電流制限手段は、前記電気自動車の前記蓄電池部の電池残量が予め設定された一定値以下である場合には、前記蓄電池部への充電電流の遮断又は減少を行わないように制御することを特徴とする請求項9乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の電気自動車充電装置。
