Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリーパック10を取り囲むハウジング20に絶縁膜部材30及び支持部材40が設置され、前記絶縁膜部材30は前記ハウジング20に固定設置された支持部材40に巻き付けられるか引き出すことができる構造からなることを特徴とする。

Description
構成用品の中、高電圧部品を除いた一般車両の電装部品の駆動のために補助バッテリー(12V鉛酸バッテリー)を使っている。

本発明の他の目的及び利点は下記の発明の詳細な説明、請求範囲及び図面によってより明らかになるであろう。
以下、本発明のバッテリーパック保護装置を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
前記絶縁膜部材30はバッテリーパック10を取り囲むハウジング20に設置され、外部衝撃を吸収することができる弾性を有し、伝導性がなく、形状が柔軟に変更可能であることを要する。好ましくは、前記絶縁膜部材30は弾性を持つ絶縁体の纎維材または合成樹脂材である。
その一つはメタ型であり、他の一つはパラ型である。メタ型は融点が320℃で、耐熱性、難燃性及び防炎性に優れて航空機、防護衣類、産業用フィルターなどに使われ、パラ型は高強度と570℃以上の高融点及び高モジュラス性を持つので、航空機などの軽量化複合材料、タイヤコードなどの産業材として使われる。これは鋼鉄纎維よりも強く、耐屈曲性及び耐熱性に優れる。したがって、本発明においては、適用される構造物の用途に鑑みてアラミド纎維の種類を選別することが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- バッテリーパック10を取り囲むハウジング20に絶縁膜部材30及び支持部材40が設置され、前記絶縁膜部材30は前記ハウジング20に固定設置された支持部材40に巻き付けられるか引き出すことができる構造からなることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記絶縁膜部材30及び支持部材40は前記ハウジングの内部に設置され、前記絶縁膜部材30は前記ハウジング20の内部に固定設置された支持部材40に巻き付けられるか引き出すことができる構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記絶縁膜部材30は弾性を持つ絶縁体の纎維材または合成樹脂材でなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記絶縁膜部材30はハウジング20の内部に固定設置された支持部材40に引出可能な構造で巻き付けられているか折り畳まれて設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記絶縁膜部材30は多数に分割構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記絶縁膜部材30は前記ハウジングの内側の前後面、上下面及び左右面に設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
- 前記バッテリーパック10は、ハイブリッド車(HEV)、プラグインハイブリッド車(PHEV)または電気自動車(EV)のバッテリーパック10であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック保護装置。
