Abstract
【解決手段】この開閉弁は、流路の開口部を有するケーシング10と、開口部を開閉する弁体50と、この弁体50に連結されたアーマチュア50と、電磁力によりアーマチュア50を吸着する吸着面41aを有するコア41と、コア41を励磁するための電磁コイル42と、コア41をアーマチュア50の方へ進退移動させる駆動手段20とを備えている。電磁コイル42は、固定的に設けられているとともに中央に貫通孔を有し、コア41は、電磁コイル42の貫通孔に通されてアーマチュア51の方へ移動可能に設けられている。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るモータ安全弁(開閉弁)を示している。このモータ安全弁は、電気的な制御により開度が調整可能な状態でガスの流路11,12を開閉するとともに、停電時などの異常時にガスの流路11,12を自動的に閉じることができるものである。

Claims (3)
- 流路の開口部を有するケーシングと、前記開口部を開閉する弁体と、この弁体に連結されたアーマチュアと、電磁力により前記アーマチュアを吸着する吸着面を有するコアと、前記コアを励磁するための電磁コイルと、前記コアを前記アーマチュアの方へ進退移動させる駆動手段とを備えた開閉弁において、
前記電磁コイルは、固定的に設けられているとともに中央に貫通孔を有し、
前記コアは、前記電磁コイルの前記貫通孔に通されて前記アーマチュアの方へ移動可能に設けられていることを特徴とする開閉弁。 - 前記コアと前記電磁コイルの前記貫通孔との間には間隙が設けられ、
前記コアまたは当該コアを保持する保持部材を摺動可能に支持する摺動ガイドが、前記コアの前記吸着面の逆側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の開閉弁。 - 前記コアまたは当該コアを保持する前記保持部材は、前記摺動ガイドに沿って摺動する摺動部位と、前記摺動部位より前記吸着面側に設けられた張出部位とを有し、
前記張出部位の幅が前記摺動部位の幅より大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の開閉弁。
