- 合金系負極材料粒子あるいは合金系負極材料ウィスカを負極として有し、
前記粒子あるいは前記ウィスカは、表面が1層乃至50層のグラフェンの層よりなるカーボン膜に覆われており、
前記カーボン膜は少なくとも1つの空孔を有する蓄電装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記カーボン膜は、前記粒子あるいは前記ウィスカの表面に酸化グラフェンを形成した後、前記酸化グラフェンを還元して得られる蓄電装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記カーボン膜に含まれる炭素と水素以外の元素の濃度は15原子%以下である蓄電装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一において、
前記カーボン膜に含まれる酸素の濃度は5原子%以上15原子%以下である蓄電装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
前記粒子あるいは前記ウィスカは、表面に、前記カーボン膜とは異なる材料の層を有する蓄電装置。
