Abstract

電場線(115.1、115.2)と平行に走る、少なくとも2つの電気的絶縁分離線(7.1)(7.2)と、によって囲まれている、電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)、
ならびに本発明による方法および使用に関する。
Description
電力を伝送するための2つの電気的母線と電気的に接触している、透明基板上の少なくとも1つの広範囲な導電性透明被膜と、
被膜から区切られた少なくとも1つの局所的領域と、
区切られた領域内の、導電性被膜のない少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域と、を含み、
区切られた領域は少なくとも部分的に、
被膜上の、等電位線と平行に走り、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器を通じて接続された、少なくとも2つの電流収集領域と、
電場線と平行に走る、少なくとも2つの電気的絶縁分離線と、によって囲まれている、電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品によって、達成される。
(I)導電性材料が透明な電気的絶縁基板上に広範囲にわたって付加され、ここで少なくとも1つの透明な導電性被膜、および導電性被膜のない、被膜と少なくとも部分的に接触して配置される、少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域が形成され、
(II)被膜は2つの電気的母線と電気的に接触しており、
(III)電気的分離線は電場線と平行に被膜内に挿入され、
(IV)導電性電流収集領域は等電位線と平行な2つの分離線の間で被膜上に形成され、被膜から分離された領域が形成されて、
導電性電流収集領域は、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器を通じて接続される。

Claims (15)
- 電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)であって、
電力を伝送するための2つの電気的母線(4.1)(4.2)と電気的に接触している、透明基板(2)上の少なくとも1つの広範囲な導電性透明被膜(3)と、
被膜(3)から区切られた少なくとも1つの局所的領域(100)と、
区切られた領域(100)内の、被膜(3)のない少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域(5)と、を含み、
区切られた領域(100)が少なくとも部分的に、
被膜(3)上の、等電位線(110.1、110.2)と平行に走り、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器を通じて接続された、少なくとも2つの電流収集領域(6.1、6.2)と、
電場線(115.1、115.2)と平行に走る、少なくとも2つの電気的絶縁分離線(7.1)(7.2)と、によって囲まれている、電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。 - 少なくとも1つの電流収集領域(6.1)が、少なくとも部分的に1つの電気的母線(4.1)を含む、請求項1に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- オーム抵抗器(8)が、0.1オームパースクエアから100オームパースクエアの電気的シート抵抗を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- オーム抵抗器(8)が、銀含有スクリーン印刷ペーストを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- オーム抵抗器(8)が、領域(100)内の被膜(3)の小領域(11)から形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- オーム抵抗器(8)が、個別電気部品または電熱線に含まれる、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- 電気的分離線(7.1)(7.2)が、50μmから20μmの幅を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- 導電性電流収集領域(6)が、1mmから20mmの幅を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- 電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)を接続する少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)が、規定の加熱電流密度未満で、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)における電圧降下が電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)の電位を等電位線(110.1)(110.2)の電位に適合させるような寸法になっており、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)のジュール熱損失がデータ伝送窓(5)を結露および凍結から保護するようにデータ伝送窓(5)の領域(100)内に配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)。
- 電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品(1)を製造する方法であって、
(I)導電性材料が透明な電気的絶縁基板(2)上に広範囲にわたって付加され、少なくとも1つの透明な導電性被膜(3)、および導電性被膜(3)のない、被膜(3)と少なくとも部分的に接触して配置される、少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域(5)が形成され、
(II)被膜(3)が2つの電気的母線(4.1および4.2)と電気的に接触しており、
(III)電気的分離線(7.1)(7.2)が電場線(115.1)(115.2)と平行に被膜(3)内に挿入され、
(IV)導電性電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)が等電位線(110.1)(110.2)と平行な2つの分離線(7.1)(7.2)の間で被膜(3)上に形成され、被膜(3)から分離された領域(100)が形成され、
(V)導電性電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)が少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)を通じて接続される、方法。 - 少なくとも1つの導電性電流収集領域(6)が、シルクスクリーンプロセスによって被膜(3)上に付加される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 電気的分離線(7.1)(7.2)および(10)が、レーザ切断を用いてまたは機械的研磨によって被膜(3)内に挿入される、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)を接続する少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)が、規定の加熱電流密度未満で、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)における電圧降下が電流収集領域(6.1)(6.2)の電位を等電位線(110.1)(110.2)の電位に適合させるような寸法になっており、少なくとも1つのオーム抵抗器(8)のジュール熱損失がデータ伝送窓(5)を結露および凍結から保護するように、データ伝送窓(5)の領域(100)内に配置される、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 陸上、航空、および水上交通の輸送手段、ならびに家具、設備、および建設部門における、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品の使用。
- 運転者支援システムを用いる交通のための輸送手段における、請求項14に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物品の使用。
