Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は吸音型防音パネルに関するものであり、より具体的には、前面と後面を有し、水平方向に沿って伸び、前面と後面間に空間部が形成された本体;及び上記本体の空間部に収容され、前面及び後面に対してそれぞれ離隔配置された吸音材を含み、前記本体の前面には垂直方向に沿って凹部と凸部が交互に形成され複数の吸音ホールが形成されるが、全体吸音ホールの断面積は前面の断面積の20%以上であることを特徴とし、本発明にかかる吸音型防音パネルは建築および産業用製品に多様に適用でき、広い周波数帯域に対して良好な吸音特性を有し、見栄えの良い外観効果を演出できる。

本発明の一側面によると、
前面と後面を有し、水平方向に沿って延び、前面と後面間に空間部が形成された本体;及び
前記本体の空間部に収容され、前面及び後面に対してそれぞれ離隔配置され、単量400g/m2以上の極細糸素材で形成された吸音材を含み、
前記本体の前面には、垂直方向に沿って凹部と凸部、及び複数の吸音ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする吸音型防音パネルを提供する。

Claims (8)
- 前面と後面を有し、水平方向に沿って延び、前面と後面間に空間部が形成された本体;及び
前記本体の空間部に収容され、前面及び後面に対してそれぞれ離隔配置され、単量400g/m2以上の極細糸素材で形成された吸音材を含み、
前記本体の前面には垂直方向に沿って凹部と凸部及び複数の吸音ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする吸音型防音パネル。 - 全体吸音ホールの断面積は、本体前面の断面積の20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記本体の前面及び後面には、それぞれ内側に突出された複数の補強突起が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記本体には、空間部を複数の領域に区画する隔壁が形成されており、前記隔壁には吸音材を支持するために突出された固定ガイドが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記吸音材と本体の後面間に形成された共鳴部は、500〜1000Hz帯域で共鳴構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記吸音材は、オレフィン系樹脂で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記吸音材は、厚さが20〜30mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
- 前記本体の垂直方向の上段と下段には締結突起とこれに対応する締結溝がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音型防音パネル。
