Abstract

Claims (10)
- 遠心分離機であって、
使用時に回転の軸のまわりに回転するボウルを備えており、前記回転の軸は前記ボウルの長手方向に延びており、
半径方向は前記長手方向に垂直に延びており、
また、前記ボウルの内部に同軸に配置され、使用時に前記回転の軸のまわりに回転されるコンベヤーを備えており、前記コンベヤーは加速室を備えており、
分離室は、前記ボウルによって半径方向外側に制限され、また前記コンベヤーによって半径方向内側に制限されており、
前記加速室は、前記分離室の中への供給材料の取り入れのための供給ポートを備えており、
さらに、前記加速室の内部に前記コンベヤーと同軸に配置され、使用時に前記コンベヤーよりも低い速度で前記コンベヤーに対して前記回転の軸のまわりに回転される供給物加速機を備えており、前記供給物加速機は、前記コンベヤーの前記加速室の中への供給材料の放出のための放出取出口を有しており、
前記供給ポートは第一の軸範囲に延びており、前記放出取出口は第二の軸範囲に延びており、前記供給材料が前記放出取出口から前記供給ポートを通って半径および円周成分を持つ方向に流れるように前記第一および前記第二の軸範囲が互いに重なっていることを特徴とする遠心分離機。 - 前記第二の軸範囲は前記第一の軸範囲の内部に延びている請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記供給物加速機は取入管を備えており、前記放出取出口は、前記取入管の側壁中の放出ポートと前記放出ポートから延びている湾曲壁部を有しているケーシングによって提供され、したがって前記壁部は前記取入管から接線的に延びている請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記供給物加速機は二つの放出取出口を備えている請求項3に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記放出取出口の前記ケーシングが交換可能ケーシングによって提供される請求項3に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記交換可能ケーシングは、前記供給ポートを介した前記取入管への前記ケーシングの取り付けに適した装着物を備えている請求項5に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記取入管の反対側のその端部に摩耗パッドを備えている請求項3に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記コンベヤーは第一の駆動装置によって回転され、前記供給物加速機は第二の駆動装置によって回転され、前記第一および第二の駆動装置は独立に制御され、それにより使用時に、前記供給物加速機の角速度が前記コンベヤーの角速度から独立して設定される請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第一および第二の駆動装置の電力消費を監視するための手段をさらに備えており、それによって前記第一および第二の駆動装置の全電力消費が決定される請求項8に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記供給ポートは、離間して前記回転の軸の方向に延びている相互離間リブによって規定される請求項3に記載の遠心分離機。
