Claims (6)
- アウトバウンド電話呼をかける、ネットワークに接続された第1ノードと、
前記ネットワークに接続され、準備ができていない、準備ができている、および準備ができる時間に関するエージェント状況を報告するために前記第1ノードにアクセス可能な第2ノードと、
を含む、アウトバウンド・コールを行うシステムであって、
ダイヤルすべきアウトバウンド・コールの正しい個数が、呼を受け入れる準備ができていると報告されたエージェントの人数に、指定された時間ウィンドウ内に呼を受け入れる準備ができると予測されたエージェントの人数を加えたものに基づいて判定される
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 参加するエージェントが、デスクトップ・インターフェースとしてエージェント・アクティビティ・アプリケーションを実行するネットワーク接続されたエージェント機器から働く、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エージェント機器が、デスクトップ・コンピュータであり、前記エージェント・アクティビティ・アプリケーションが、統計サーバにエージェント・アクティビティ状態を報告する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- (a)ネットワークに接続された第1ノードによってアウトバウンド電話呼をかけるステップと、
(b) 前記ネットワークに接続され、前記第1ノードにアクセス可能な第2ノードによって、準備ができていない、準備ができている、および準備ができる時間に関するエージェント状況を報告するステップと、
(c)呼を受け入れる準備ができていると報告されたエージェントの人数に、指定された時間ウィンドウ内に呼を受け入れる準備ができると予測されたエージェントの人数を加えたものに基づいて、ダイヤルすべきアウトバウンド・コールの正しい個数を判定するステップと
を含む、アウトバウンド・コールを行う方法。 - 参加するエージェントが、デスクトップ・インターフェースとしてエージェント・アクティビティ・アプリケーションを実行するネットワーク接続されたエージェント機器から働く、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記エージェント機器が、デスクトップ・コンピュータであり、前記エージェント・アクティビティ・アプリケーションが、統計サーバにエージェント・アクティビティ状態を報告する、請求項5に記載の方法。
