Claims (10)
- 一側面に凹部が形成された第1基板と、
試料に対する生化学反応が起きる複数個の反応電極と前記生化学反応によって生じる信号を検出装置に伝達する複数個の伝達電極を備える第2基板と、
前記凹部内に位置して前記試料と生化学反応を起こす分析試薬と、を含み、
前記第2基板は、前記反応電極が前記凹部を向くようにしながら、前記凹部が前記第2基板の端面と少なくとも1つのベントスリットを形成するように前記第1基板に付着し、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との付着によって試料導入口及び反応チャンバが形成され、
前記試料導入口に向けた高さ方向の傾斜面が前記第1基板または前記第2基板に形成されることを特徴とする生体物質測定装置。 - 第1基板と、
試料導入口及び反応チャンバが形成されるように前記第1基板に付着される第2基板と、
前記反応チャンバ内に位置して前記第1基板または第2基板に付着される複数個の電極と、
前記反応チャンバ内に位置して前記試料と生化学反応を起こす分析試薬と、を含み、
前記試料導入口を向いた高さ方向の傾斜面が前記第1基板または前記第2基板に形成されることを特徴とする生体物質測定装置。 - 前記凹部の一部が開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記凹部が前記第2基板の少なくとも1つの端面とベントスリットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記傾斜面は、突起または溝をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記突起または溝は、帯状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記突起または溝は、複数個であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記傾斜面は、階段状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記第1基板または第2基板は、ノッチをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生体物質測定装置。
- 前記傾斜面は垂直方向に帯状の突起または溝をさらに備え、前記帯状の突起または溝は前記ノッチと接続されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の生体物質測定装置。
