Abstract

Description
−少なくとも1種の糖質と、
−1000以下のモル質量を有する少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸と、
−少なくとも1種の反応性シリコーンと
を含む組成物を提供する。
−0ないし2部のシラン、特にアミノシラン、
−0ないし20部、好ましくは4ないし15部のオイル、
−0ないし30部、好ましくは0ないし20部の尿素及び/又はグリセロール、
−0乃至30部の、リグニン誘導体、たとえばリグノスルホン酸アンモニウム(ALS)またはリグノスルホン酸ナトリウムなど、および動物性または植物性蛋白質から選択される「鎖延長剤」。
表1に示されている成分を含んだサイズ剤組成物を調製した。割合は重量部で表している。
(1)コーンスターチから得られたデキストリン;重量平均分子量: 3510;デキストロース等量DE: 30;参照 Roclys(登録商標) C3072SによりROQUETTE FRERESから販売されている。
(2)末端反応性ヒドロキシル官能基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン;参照DOW CORNING(登録商標) 1581によりDOW CORNING.から販売されている。
(3)反応性ポリジメチルシロキサン;参照SILRES(登録商標) BS 10421581によりWACKER SILICONESから販売されている。
表2に示されている成分から、例1ないし3の条件下でサイズ剤組成物を調製する。割合は重量部で表している。
(1)コーンスターチから得られたデキストリン;重量平均分子量: 3510; デキストロース等量DE: 30;参照 Roclys(登録商標) C3072SによりROQUETTE FRERESから販売されている
(2)反応性ヒドロキシル官能基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン;参照DOW CORNING(登録商標) 1581によりDOW CORNING.から販売されている。
Claims (25)
- ミネラルウール、特にロックウールまたはグラスウールをベースにした絶縁製品用のサイズ剤組成物であって:
−少なくとも1種の糖質と、
−1000以下のモル質量を有する少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸と、
−少なくとも1種の反応性シリコーンと
を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記糖質が、単糖類、多糖類またはこれらの化合物の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記単糖類は3ないし8個の炭素原子、好ましくは5ないし7個の炭素原子を含む単糖類から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記単糖類がアルドースであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルドースがヘキソース、たとえばグルコース、マンノースおよびガラクトースであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記多糖類は100000未満、好ましくは50000未満、有利には10000未満でありさらに良好には180を超える重量モル質量を示すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記多糖類は50重量%を超えるグルコース単位から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 単糖類および/またはデキストリンおよび糖蜜から選択される多糖類の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記デキストリンは5以上、好ましくは10以上、有利には15以上でありさらに良好には100未満のデキストロース等量を示すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記糖蜜が40ないし60重量%、好ましくは45ないし50重量%の糖質を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸は、少なくとも2つのカルボキシル官能基、好ましくは多くとも4つのカルボキシル官能基および有利には多くとも3つのカルボキシル官能基を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸は750以下および好ましくは500以下のモル質量を示すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸が飽和または不飽和で直鎖または分枝の環状脂肪酸、環状酸または芳香族酸であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記糖質は該糖質および前記有機ポリカルボン酸から構成される混合物の10ないし90重量%、好ましくは20ないし85重量%および有利には30ないし80重量%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記反応性シリコーンは50000以下、好ましくは10000以下の分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記反応性シリコーンはオルガノシロキサン残基、特にアルキルシロキサン残基、好ましくはジメチルシロキサン残基および任意にフェニルシロキサン残基、特にメチルフェニルシロキサン残基からなる主鎖から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記反応性シリコーンは、少なくとも1つの反応性のヒドロキシル官能基、カルボキシル官能基もしくは無水カルボキシル官能基、アミン官能基、エポキシ官能基またはビニル官能基を末端位置または側基に有し、好ましくは少なくとも2つの末端官能基を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも2つの末端官能基がヒドロキシル官能基であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の組成物。
- 反応性シリコーンの割合は、100重量部の糖質および有機ポリカルボン酸当たり、0.1ないし5重量部、好ましくは0.3ないし3重量部、有利には0.5ないし2重量部およびさらに良好には0.7ないし1.8重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ルイス酸およびルイス塩基、リン含有化合物ならびにフッ素およびホウ素を含む化合物から選択される触媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒が前記糖質および有機ポリカルボン酸の重量の20%まで、好ましくは10%まで、および有利には少なくとも1%を占めることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の組成物。
- 以下に示す添加剤を、糖質および有機ポリカルボン酸の100重量部に基づいて計算した以下の割合で更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし20のいずれか1項に記載の組成物:
−0ないし2部のシラン、特にアミノシラン、
−0ないし20部、好ましくは4ないし15部のオイル、
−0ないし30部、好ましくは0ないし20部の尿素および/またはグリセロール、
−0乃至30部の、リグニン誘導体、たとえばリグノスルホン酸アンモニウム(ALS)またはリグノスルホン酸ナトリウムなど、および動物性または植物性蛋白質から選択される「鎖延長剤」。 - 請求項1ないし22のいずれか1項に記載のサイズ剤組成物を使用してサイジングしたミネラルウール、特にグラスウールまたはロックウールをベースにした音響および/または熱絶縁製品。
- 請求項1ないし22のいずれか1項に記載のサイズ剤組成物を使用してサイジングした鉱物繊維、特にグラスウールまたはロックウールのベール。
- 請求項23に記載のミネラルウールをベースにした音響および/または熱絶縁製品、または請求項24に記載の鉱物繊維のベールの製造方法であって、ミネラルウールまたは鉱物繊維を製造し、サイズ剤組成物を前記ウールまたは前記繊維上に放出し、前記サイズ剤の架橋および不溶解性バインダの形成を可能にする温度で前記ウールまたは繊維を処理し、前記サイズ剤組成物が:
−少なくとも1種の糖質と、
−1000未満のモル質量を有する少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸と、
−少なくとも1種の反応性シリコーンと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
