Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 多床下降流触媒反応器内の2つの触媒床の間に取り付ける混合装置であって、
a.第1の触媒床の底と本質的に平行な、略円形である上壁と;
b.略環状で中心に配置された出口開口を含む、前記上壁と本質的に平行であり、略円形である底壁と;
c.前記上壁と前記底壁との間にあり、前記上壁及び前記底壁に本質的に流体密封状態で接触している円筒状の仕切り壁であって、前記仕切り壁の底から前記仕切り壁の全高未満の高さまで延びる少なくとも1つの開口を有する上記仕切り壁と;
d.流体用の少なくとも1つの入口通路であって、前記仕切り壁の外面と、前記仕切り壁の開口と、前記仕切り壁の外面に隣接し且つ前記仕切り壁の開口を囲む湾曲した側壁であって、前記仕切り壁に対して本質的に流体密封状態で接触するように接続されており且つ前記仕切り壁の全高未満の高さまで延びる上記側壁と、前記側壁の上端及び前記仕切り壁の外面に流体密封状態で接触しているキャップ上部であって、少なくとも1つの入口通路が形成されるように前記仕切り壁の開口の上端と同じ高さにある上記キャップ上部とにより形成されており、前記出口開口の中心から前記側壁まで測定した場合、絞りのある通路が形成されるように入口通路の開口における半径が前記側壁仕切り壁における半径よりも大きくなっており、それにより弓形の流れが流体にもたらされる、上記入口通路と
を含む、上記混合装置。 - 少なくとも1つの円筒状のライザ壁をさらに含み、前記ライザ壁が前記出口開口を取り囲み、前記ライザ壁の半径が、前記出口開口の中心から前記ライザ壁の内面まで測定した場合、前記出口開口の中心から前記仕切り壁の内面まで測定したときの前記仕切り壁の半径未満であり、前記ライザ壁が、前記底壁と流体密封状態で接続されているが前記仕切り壁の全高まで延びていない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記混合装置が、少なくとも2つの仕切り壁開口と、少なくとも2つの入口通路とを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記仕切り壁開口が、互いに対して180度に配置されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 触媒床支持はりの間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザ壁と前記底壁との接合部で前記ライザ壁の外側に取り付けられ、且つ前記ライザ壁と前記仕切り壁との間の空間内に、部分的に突き出ている、穿孔プレートをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザ壁の少なくとも一部上がった位置に取り付けられ、前記ライザ壁の外側に取り付けられ、且つ前記ライザ壁と前記仕切り壁との間の空間内へと、部分的に突き出ている、流れ安定器をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ安定器が、前記流れ安定器の長さの少なくとも一部に関して45度の角度で突き出ており、次いで前記流れ安定器の長さの少なくとも一部に関して前記仕切り壁に平行に突出する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ安定器が、前記上壁及び底壁に平行に延びる穿孔プレートをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- バブルキャップをさらに含み、前記バブルキャップが前記上壁から下向きに延び、且つ前記ライザ壁と前記仕切り壁との間に配置される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- バブルキャップをさらに含み、前記バブルキャップが前記上壁から下向きに延び、且つ前記ライザ壁と前記流れ安定器との間に配置される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記バブルキャップが、複数の本質的に対称に配置されたスロットをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記バブルキャップが、複数の本質的に対称に配置されたスロットをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザ壁の上端と前記流れ安定器との間で前記ライザ壁の外側に取り付けられた穿孔プレートをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザ壁の上端と前記流れ安定器との間で前記ライザ壁の外側に取り付けられた穿孔プレートをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザの内壁に配置され且つ前記出口開口に隣接する、螺旋状の穿孔されたプレートをさらに含み、前記螺旋状プレートが、流体の流れ方向に前記出口開口に向かって下向きに渦を巻いている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザの内壁に配置され且つ前記出口開口に隣接する、螺旋状の穿孔されたプレートをさらに含み、前記螺旋状プレートが、流体の流れ方向に前記出口開口に向かって下向きに渦を巻いている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザの内壁に配置され且つ前記出口開口に隣接する、螺旋状の穿孔されたプレートをさらに含み、前記螺旋状プレートが、流体の流れ方向に前記出口開口に向かって下向きに渦を巻いている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザの内壁に配置され且つ前記出口開口に隣接する、螺旋状の穿孔されたプレートをさらに含み、前記螺旋状プレートが、流体の流れ方向に前記出口開口に向かって下向きに渦を巻いている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザの内壁に配置され且つ前記出口開口に隣接する、螺旋状の穿孔されたプレートをさらに含み、前記螺旋状プレートが、流体の流れ方向に前記出口開口に向かって下向きに渦を巻いている、請求項14に記載の装置。
