Claims (14)
- 多床ダウンフロー型触媒反応器のための混合デバイスであって、
a)内面と外周部とを有するトッププレートと、
b)前記トッププレートと平行に延びるベースプレートであって、内面と、外周部と、ベースプレート開口部とを有し、前記トッププレートおよび前記ベースプレートは、前記混合デバイスの内部領域を画成するように所定の距離だけ離されている、ベースプレートと、
c)前記混合デバイスの前記内部領域内に収容され、前記トッププレートの前記内面および前記ベースプレートの前記内面に垂直に延び、かつ前記トッププレートの前記内面および前記ベースプレートの前記内面の間に挿入された複数の内向きベーンであって、前記トッププレートおよび前記ベースプレートの前記外周部から前記ベースプレート開口部へと内側に向けられ、かつ前記ベースプレート開口部から前記トッププレートおよび前記ベースプレートの前記外周部まで延びる領域にわたって間隔をあけられている複数の内向きベーンと、
d)混合領域と
を有し、
前記ベースプレートの前記内面から延びる堰リングも、前記トッププレートの前記内面から延びるバブルキャップも有していない、混合デバイス。 - 前記ベースプレート開口部が円形である、請求項1に記載の混合デバイス。
- 前記ベーンが直線状であり、または湾曲している、請求項1に記載の混合デバイス。
- 前記ベーンが内側へと湾曲している、請求項3に記載の混合デバイス。
- 各ベーンが、前記トッププレートの前記外周部に隣接する外側端部と、前記混合領域に隣接する内側端部とを有し、前記混合デバイスが、隣り合うベーンと、前記それぞれのベーンの前記対応する内側端部および外側端部とによって画定される領域として定義される複数の入口領域をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の混合デバイス。
- 前記混合領域は、前記入口領域を定義する領域を除いた前記トッププレートと前記ベースプレートとの間の領域として定義される、請求項5に記載の混合デバイス。
- 各ベーンの前記内側端部が、隣接するベーンの前記外側端部と半径方向において重なっている、請求項5に記載の混合デバイス。
- 内面を有する反応器シェル内に収容された上方および下方触媒床と、
前記上方および下方触媒床の間に挿入された床間分散アセンブリと
を有する多床ダウンフロー型触媒反応器であって、
前記床間分散アセンブリは、請求項1に記載の混合デバイスを有し、前記混合デバイスは、収集プレートの上方に取り付けられ、かつ前記収集プレートと流体密封連絡し、前記収集プレートは、収集プレート開口部と、前記収集プレート開口部に隣接して前記収集プレートから延びるライザとを有し、前記ライザは、前記ベースプレート開口部を通って前記混合デバイスの前記混合領域へと延びる、多床ダウンフロー型触媒反応器。 - 前記ベースプレート開口部、前記収集プレート開口部、および前記ライザがそれぞれ円形であり、前記ベースプレート開口部の直径が前記ライザの直径よりも大きい、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記ベーンが直線状であり、または湾曲している、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記ベーンが内側へと湾曲している、請求項10に記載の反応器。
- 前記混合デバイスの各ベーンが、前記トッププレートの前記外周部に隣接した外側端部と、前記混合領域に隣接した内側端部とを有し、前記混合デバイスが、隣り合うベーンと、前記それぞれのベーンの前記対応する内側端部および外側端部とによって画定される領域として定義される複数の入口領域をさらに有する、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記混合デバイスの混合領域は、前記入口領域を定義する領域を除いた前記トッププレートと前記ベースプレートとの間の領域として定義される、請求項12に記載の反応器。
- 各ベーンの前記内側端部が、隣接するベーンの前記外側端部と半径方向において重なっている、請求項12に記載の反応器。
