Description
Claims (14)
- 多床下降流触媒反応器用の混合装置であって、
a.内側表面を備える水平な上板と、
b.前記上板と平行に延び、内側表面と底板開口部とを備える底板と、
c.前記上板の内側表面と前記底板の内側表面との間で鉛直方向に延びる複数の内方向湾曲羽根と、
d.前記底板開口部の近くで前記底板の内側表面から鉛直方向に延び、堰環の上縁と堰環の直径とを有する鉛直な堰環と、
e.混合領域と、
f.前記カバー板の内側表面から前記混合領域へと下向きに延び、泡キャップの直径と底縁とを有する泡キャップであって、当該泡キャップの直径が前記堰環の直径より小さく、当該泡キャップの底縁が前記堰環の上縁の下方まで延びる泡キャップと
を備える混合装置。 - 前記鉛直な堰環が、前記堰環の上縁から外向きに延びる水平板をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の混合装置。
- 前記堰環の水平板が有孔とされる、請求項2に記載の混合装置。
- 前記堰環が、前記羽根の高さの半分である垂直高さを備える、請求項2に記載の混合装置。
- 前記上板が外周部をさらに備え、各々の羽根が、前記上板の外周部に近接する外部端と、前記混合領域に近接する内部端とを備え、前記混合装置が、隣接する羽根とそれらのそれぞれ対応する内部端および外部端とによって縁取られた領域として画定された複数の入口領域をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合領域が、前記入口領域を規定する区域を除いた、前記上板と前記底板との間の区域として規定される、請求項5に記載の混合装置。
- 各々の羽根の前記内部端が、隣接する羽根の前記外部端と径方向で重なっている、請求項5に記載の混合装置。
- 内側表面を備える反応器シェルに含まれる上方および下方触媒床と、
前記上方および下方触媒床の間で鉛直方向に挟まれた床間分配組立体と
を備える多床下降流触媒反応器であって、
前記床間分配組立体が、回収板の上方に、回収板と流体密封につながって取り付けられた混合装置を備え、当該回収板が、回収板円形開口部と、当該回収板円形開口部の近くで当該回収板から鉛直方向上向きの蹴上げ部とを有し、
前記混合装置が、
a.内側表面を備える水平な上板と、
b.前記上板と平行に延び、内側表面と底板開口部とを備える底板と、
c.前記上板の内側表面と前記底板の内側表面との間で鉛直方向に延びる複数の内方向湾曲羽根と、
d.前記底板開口部の近くで前記底板の内側表面から鉛直方向に延び、堰環の上縁と堰環の直径とを有する鉛直な堰環と、
e.混合領域と、
f.前記カバー板の内側表面から前記混合領域へと下向きに延び、泡キャップの直径と底縁とを有する泡キャップであって、当該泡キャップの直径が前記堰環の直径より小さく、当該泡キャップの底縁が前記堰環の上縁の下方まで延びる泡キャップと
を備え、
前記蹴上げ部が前記泡キャップ内へと鉛直方向に延び、前記回収板円形開口部が前記泡キャップの直径より小さい多床下降流触媒反応器。 - 前記混合装置の鉛直な堰環が、前記堰環の上縁から外向きに延びる水平板をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記堰環の水平板が有孔とされる、請求項9に記載の反応器。
- 前記堰環が、前記羽根の高さの半分である垂直高さを備える、請求項9に記載の反応器。
- 前記混合装置の上板が外周部をさらに備え、各々の羽根が、前記上板の外周部に近接する外部端と、前記混合領域に近接する内部端とを備え、前記混合装置が、隣接する羽根とそれらのそれぞれ対応する内部端および外部端とによって縁取られた領域として画定された複数の入口領域をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記混合装置の混合領域が、前記入口領域を規定する区域を除いた、前記上板と前記底板との間の区域として規定される、請求項12に記載の反応器。
- 各々の羽根の前記内部端が、隣接する羽根の前記外部端と径方向で重なっている、請求項12に記載の反応器。
