Claims (9)
- ダウンフロー反応器を横切って蒸気および液体を分配し、ガスおよび液体を混合するための混合システムであって、
(i)蒸気および液体を受容するためのコレクショントレー;
(ii)前記コレクショントレーの下に配置され、かつ少なくとも一つの出口を有する混合室であって、前記少なくとも一つの出口は混合室からの蒸気および液体の流下を可能にするように設けられている混合室;
(iii)蒸気および液体を、前記コレクショントレーの上から前記混合室に流下させるために、前記コレクショントレーを貫いて伸びる少なくとも一つの溢流路;および
(iv)前記コレクショントレーに接続され、かつ前記コレクショントレーから前記混合
室の内部に下向きに伸びるバッフルを含み、
その際、前記バッフルは、前記少なくとも一つの出口と前記少なくとも一つの溢流路の間に配置され、かつ、前記バッフルの直径は、前記混合室の出口の直径より大きく、前記コレクショントレーの溢流路の配置を定める直径より小さいことを特徴とする混合システム。 - 前記コレクショントレーの上にガスを注入するための手段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の混合システム。
- 前記ガスを注入するための手段は、スパイダーであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の混合システム。
- 前記混合室は、環状であり、液体堰を形成するように直立したリムを有する中央の円形出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の混合システム。
- 前記コレクショントレーの上に突き出し、前記コレクショントレーの下のガス混合のための容積を増大するキャップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の混合システム。
- 前記キャップは、コレクショントレーの上に配置された触媒支持グリッドまでの距離の少なくとも1/3伸びることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の混合システム。
- ダウンフロー反応器であって、横切って蒸気および液体を分配するために、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の混合システムを有することを特徴とするダウンフロー反応器。
- 前記ダウンフロー反応器は、多床反応器であり、前記混合システムは、前記多床反応器の床間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のダウンフロー反応器。
- 前記混合システムは、クエンチガスのためのインジェクターを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のダウンフロー反応器。
