  The present invention relates to furniture, particularly kitchen furniture.

  There is furniture that incorporates one or more shelves for storing articles into the body. Such furniture may be designed as furniture standing on the floor or as a wall cabinet. In the case of a wall cabinet, it is difficult to access the top shelf. In this type of furniture, areas that are difficult to access are often used inefficiently.

  Therefore, an object of the present invention is to create furniture that can be easily used even in a region where access is difficult and can be used flexibly.

  This object is achieved by a furniture with the features of claim 1.

  According to the invention, the furniture comprises a body having two opposing side walls, each side wall having at least one guide profile incorporated therein, the guide profile having a groove that opens toward the inside of the body.   Of course, the hollow space in the framework can also be filled with foam. In this case, the cover layer and the front edge can also be formed of a foam. Further, the temperature in the main body can be raised or lowered by incorporating a heat exchange device in the hollow space of the framework.

  According to one embodiment, the guide profiles are arranged vertically and the storage element can move vertically. Such a structure is particularly suitable for kitchen wall cabinets, whereby the upper area of the wall cabinet can also be used for storing articles. It is also possible to efficiently use the storage area by moving the storage element vertically, horizontally, and diagonally.

  In order to ensure smooth movement of the storage element, a lifting mechanism for movement of the storage element can be provided. The lifting mechanism also gives the possibility of moving a plurality of storage elements simultaneously along the guide profile. Preferably, a traction cable is provided for each guide profile and the storage element can be moved by the cable. In order to automatically move the storage element, a drive motor for controlling the storage element can be provided.

  According to a further embodiment, a plurality of parallel guide profiles are attached to each side wall. When the storage element is moved vertically, a counterweight and / or a spring element that can move downward allows the storage element to be moved with a small force.

  To provide a visually good design, the inside of the body can be closed by at least one closure element such as a flap door, a revolving door or a shutter. Of course, the fixtures necessary for this can also be incorporated into the side walls, so that the fixtures do not reduce the usable storage chamber inside the body.   The furniture comprises a body 1 (especially for a kitchen) that includes side walls 2 on both sides.
