Claims (12)
- 非導電性基材(4)を有し、前記基材が接着面(6)を画定し、前記接着面から接着要素(8)が延び、前記接着要素が面ファスナーを形成するために相手要素と掛合可能であり、前記接着面(6)の内面に少なくとも1つの電気導体ワイヤ(14)が存在する面ファスナー要素であって、前記基材は長手方向を画定する基材帯(4)の形態で設けられており、前記基材帯はその長さの少なくとも一部にわたって少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)で巻装されていることを特徴とする面ファスナー要素。
- 巻線層内の前記少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)が交差することなく連続的に前記基材帯(4)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)が前記基材帯(4)の一方の端から他方の端へと延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記基材帯(4)の周りに少なくとも2つの巻線層を形成するように前記少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)を巻装することによって、交差するワイヤ部分のワイヤパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記巻線層が前記基材帯(4)の長手軸線に対して相逆向きの傾斜方向に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 相逆向きの同じ傾斜角度で両方の巻線層が巻き付けられていることにより、前記ワイヤ部分がそれぞれ前記基材帯(4)の前記接着面(6)および裏面の中心で互いに交差していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記基材帯(4)の前側接着面(6)および裏面上の巻線が長手軸線に対して、少なくとも10度の傾斜角度で延びていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記接着面(6)の内面に導電性網状構造(14)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか1項記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)が前記接着要素(8)に隣接して前記接着面(6)に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記基材(4)がプラスチック材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体ワイヤ(14)に重ねられる接着剤層(10)が前記基材帯(4)の裏面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の面ファスナー要素。
- 前記面ファスナー要素(2)を構造要素にくっつけるために引剥し可能なカバーストリップ(12)が前記接着剤層(10)上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の面ファスナー要素。
