Claims (13)
- 多位置生検ガイドシステムであって、
2Dマトリクス超音波振動子と、
生検経路に沿って生検針をガイドするための生検針ガイドとを有し、
前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対して可変位置において生検経路に沿って前記生検針を制御可能にガイドする、多位置生検ガイドシステム。 - 前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子が画像面において超音波画像を取得し、該画像面が制御可能に可変である、請求項1に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対して可変位置において前記生検針ガイドを取り付ける、請求項1又は2に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対する前記生検針ガイドの位置を決定する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記生検針ガイドの前記決定された位置に対応する前記生検経路にそろえられる画像面において超音波画像を取得する、請求項3に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 少なくとも2つの生検針ガイドを有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記生検針ガイドの各々の前記生検経路にそろえられる各画像面において超音波画像を取得する、請求項6に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記生検針ガイドが、制御可能に可変である角度において生検経路に沿って前記生検針をガイドするのに適している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記生検針ガイドが異なる種類の生検針をガイドするのに適している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子が3D超音波画像を取得する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 生検装置であって、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドと、
前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子によって取得される超音波画像を表示するための表示装置とを有する、生検装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステムを用いて生検経路に沿って生検針のガイドを制御する方法であって、該方法は、
前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対して前記生検針ガイドの位置を決定するステップと、
前記生検針ガイドの前記決定された位置に対応する生検経路にそろえられる画像面において超音波画像を取得するステップとを有する、方法。 - 少なくとも2つの生検針が個別生検針ガイドを用いてガイドされ、各生検針が、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子を用いて各対応する撮像面において視覚化される、請求項12に記載の方法。
