Claims (12)
- 多位置生検ガイドシステムであって、
仰角方向とアジマス方向に及ぶ振動子素子を持つ2Dマトリクス超音波振動子と、
生検経路に沿って生検針をガイドするための生検針ガイドとを有し、
前記生検針ガイドが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対して可変位置において、前記仰角方向と前記アジマス方向に及ぶ二つの生検経路に沿って前記生検針を制御可能にガイドし、当該位置は、前記生検針が前記振動子のアジマス画像面にそろえられる前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子の第1側と、前記第1側に直角で、前記生検針が前記振動子の仰角画像面にそろえられる前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子の第2側と、前記生検針が前記振動子の対角画像面にそろえられる第3側とを有する、多位置生検ガイドシステム。 - 前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子が画像面において超音波画像を取得し、該画像面が制御可能に可変である、請求項1に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対して可変位置において前記生検針ガイドを取り付ける、請求項1又は2に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子に対する前記生検針ガイドの位置を決定する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記生検針ガイドの前記決定された位置に対応する前記生検経路にそろえられる画像面において超音波画像を取得する、請求項3に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 第2の生検針ガイドをさらに有し、前記多位置生検ガイドシステムが、前記生検針ガイドの各々の生検経路にそろえられる各画像面において超音波画像を取得する、請求項5に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記生検針ガイドが、制御可能に可変である角度において生検経路に沿って前記生検針をガイドする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記生検針ガイドが異なる種類の生検針をガイドする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子が3D超音波画像を取得する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 生検装置であって、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステムと、
前記2Dマトリクス超音波振動子によって取得される超音波画像を表示するための表示装置とを有する、生検装置。 - 前記位置の少なくとも一つにおいて生検針が挿入されるときに、スイッチが操作されて前記挿入されている針の位置を示すように、当該スイッチが前記位置の少なくとも一つに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の多位置生検ガイドシステム。
- 前記生検針ガイド上の異なる位置において挿入される少なくとも二つの生検針の位置をリアルタイムに特定する、請求項1に記載の前記多位置生検ガイドシステム。
