Claims (18)

  1. 表面を有する心臓腔内の電気的活動に対する生理学的信号を測定するように構成される1つ以上の電極と;
    少なくとも一部においてラプラスの方程式に基づき、さらに前記1つ以上の電極によって測定される生理学的信号と、前記表面に対する前記電極の位置とに基づき、前記表面に対する複数の位置での双極生理学的情報を決定するように構成される処理ユニットと

  2. 1つ以上の電極は、少なくとも第1電極と、第2電極とを含み、
    前記第1電極は、前記心臓腔内に位置付けられ、
    前記第2電極は、前記電極が心臓腔内の局所組織活性化によって影響を及ぼされないように、前記心臓腔から隔てて位置付けられる、
