Description
本発明は、液化天然ガス(「LNG」)を船上で再ガス化するシステム、装置、及び方法に関する。特に、このシステム、装置、及び方法は、LNGの船上再ガス化と併せた波止場でのLNGの船間移送に関する。
天然ガスは、多くの場合、原産地から消費地に特殊な極低温タンカー船に搭載されて運ばれる。このようにして、天然ガスに対する需要が大きい地域に天然ガスを輸送することができる。LNGの占める容積は、同量の天然ガスが気体の状態で占める容積の約1/600だけなので、輸送のために天然ガスを液化することにより、輸送プロセスが容易になると共に、システムの経済性が向上する。LNGは、天然ガスを沸点(大気圧において−259°F(−161.66°C))よりも低く冷却することにより、陸上の液化設備において生成される。LNGは、大気圧であるか、又は大気圧よりもわずかに高い圧力で極低温容器内に貯蔵することができる。通常、LNGは、最終使用者に流通する前に再ガス化される。再ガス化は、移動式船舶上に配置し得る再ガス化設備においてLNGの温度を上昇させることにより達成し得る。LNGを船舶上で気化させる様々な方法がある。これらの方法では、海水、空気、又は船の補助ボイラからの蒸気等の少なくとも1つの熱源からの熱が熱交換器を通してLNGに伝達され、LNGを気化させる。

- 前記無線受信器はアンテナをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記送り側場所は再ガス化船舶である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 緊急切り離し結合部(ERC)を備える管を高速で切り離す方法であって、
前記管に結合された送り側場所と受け取り側場所との間隔を測定すること、
前記測定された間隔が少なくとも1つの事前設定されたパラメータから逸脱する場合、前記ERCに無線信号を送信すること、ならびに
前記無線信号の受信を受けて、前記ERCを空気圧で作動させることを含み、前記ERCの作動により、前記管は切り離される前記方法。 - 前記測定することは、前記送り側場所にある第1のトランスポンダ及び前記受け取り側場所にある第2のトランスポンダを使用することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記無線信号はコンピュータにより開始され、前記コンピュータは、前記第1及び第2のトランスポンダから受信する情報を処理する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記無線信号を送信することは、前記測定される間隔が、事前設定された時間期間にわたり、少なくとも1つの事前設計されたパラメータから逸脱する場合に行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ERCはアンテナ及び受信器をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ERCを空気圧で作動させることにより、前記管は前記送り側場所から切り離される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ERCを空気圧で作動させることにより、前記管は前記受け取り側場所から切り離される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記管は遮断弁をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記管は高速切り離しシステムをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。

前記再ガス化船舶上で前記LNGを再ガス化して、再ガス化天然ガスにすること、及び
高圧アームを使用して、前記再ガス化天然ガスを受け取りドックに輸送すること
を含む、前記方法。 - LNGは、前記係留ドックから前記再ガス化船舶上の貨物タンクに移送される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記LNG運搬船は前記係留ドックの第1の側に配置され、前記再ガス化船舶は前記係留ドックの第2の側に配置される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記LNG運搬船は前記係留ドックの第1の側に配置され、前記再ガス化船舶は前記係留ドックの第2の側に配置され、前記再ガス化船舶は、前記高圧アームに回転結合され、前記高圧アームは前記受け取りドックに配置される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記LNG運搬船は、前記係留ドックの、前記再ガス化船舶と同じ側に配置される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記LNG運搬船からの前記LNGは、硬質アームを使用して前記係留ドックに移送される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記LNGは、絶え間ないフローで、前記LNG運搬船から前記係留ドックに移送され、次に、前記再ガス化船舶に移送される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- LNG運搬船からLNGを移送することは、前記係留ドックに配置された剛性配管を通してLNGを移送することを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記再ガス化船舶は高圧アームに直接接続され、前記高圧アームは、前記受け取りドック上のガスパイプラインに直接接続される、請求項21に記載の方法。

前記再ガス化天然ガスを前記再ガス化船舶から前記ドックに輸送するこを含み、前記ドックは前記再ガス化船舶の第1の結合側に結合され、前記LNG運搬船は前記再ガス化船舶の第2の結合側に結合されてなる、前記方法。 - 前記再ガス化天然ガスは、高圧アームを使用して前記再ガス化船舶から前記ドックに輸送され、前記高圧アームは前記ドックに配置される、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記LNG運搬船は前記再ガス化船舶に係留され、前記再ガス化船舶は緊急切り離し結合部を備える、請求項32に記載の方法。

- 前記係留ドックは、前記受け取りドックと同じドックである、請求項40に記載のシステム。
